McDonald's — Restaurant in Saint Paul

I ordered a meal late last night thinking it would be fine since it says "open 24 hours" I got there and a guy mumbled some things through the speaker followed by pull around to the window. I pull around and three people are sitting in front of the POS one woman in a manager shirt and two other guys one in a mcdonalds shirt and the other in a bright green t shirt, both looking like they havent showered in a week. I showed them my mobile order and one greasy idiot said something along the lines of the drawer is out and we are closed. All while there is a pick up truck at the next window ahead of me. So I tell them you already took my money I need a refund, as the app says contact the store you ordered from for a refund. They look at me blankly and I say OK I guess I will figure it out and the second greasy idiot says yeah figure it out, all while their manager is sitting their silently. I'd say I'm disappointed but honestly they did me a favor as I'd have probably gotten sick if one of them made the food, once again they looked visibly dirty. But I shouldn't expect much as seeing as they cant keep the parking lot clean, even if we ignore the guy sleeping with his pillow next to the drive through. It's not like they can do much about the drug dealer posted up outside the liquor store across the street. But at the very least, they could try to keep the 5 square feet of "lobby" somewhat clean since it's just two mobile order stands. It's honestly sad, I get it's fast food but have literally any amount of pride or dignity. Still need that refund for my order I never...

Usually like their ability to make the fries superb. Tonight was different and though there was salt barely enough but I could be wrong (depends on your palate).. The staff working all looked healthy, young and attractive...very good looking team. I will assume the manager was the nice looking lady with black and red hair in braids. She did not notice or hear me when I said I will take his order (Dissatisfied customer from drive through had been waiting on his order for longer than desired and rightfully entered store for a refund). As I awaited on my order, I halfheartedly asked; "What did he/you order?" (Asking both the staff and the man who no longer desired his order). Rightfully the staff were preoccupied and fixated on resolving customers requests and proceeding with the transaction

Many food industries will not give out food for several reasons (My opinion of legitimacy on this decision may not be my business or place but I believe there should be more eco inclusive methods and choices rather than wasting it to the trash...Where a raccoon, squirrel, people who would be thankful for such resources of sustenance. Digging through the trash I suppose for the willing scavenger. I digress. Observing this nice looking woman (assumed manager) throw that perfectly edible food into the trash... If I could do no stars I would. When I get off work in the morning and stop here the service is really really good (Mon_Fri) . Any other time it's trash I understand there are a lot of young kids who work there, but who is leading them? They are usually rude as he'll, and the shake machine never works past 12pm but if I go there at 9 or 10 it's being cleaned! Why are you cleaning a shake machine that didn't even get used? And what's the big deal you ought a button to make it and if your shake machine is always broken you should get a new one. I've been a server my entire life and I get being busy and not wanting to get behind but today there was literally 2 cars there us and another one that pulled in about 30 seconds after us and we all waited way to long for someone to acknowledge us and when they did they got the person that came after us order first. So we literally waited a out 6 min before anyone took our order and there was no one else there. Rude kids, she literally threw the bag at my husband. Better training,better...
