Simplicitea — Restaurant in Saint Paul

I have been here 5 times now and I gotta say my experience here varies drastically each time.

I had some good milk teas here but also had some of the grossest.

good brown sugar milk tea would recommend that one regular black milk tea here was good as well. all non tea drinks are good as well

They use powders mostly here so don't lower the sweetness on a drink unless it's a basic milk tea as you will just make your drink taste weird and watery. Therefore I recommend to stay away from most of the fruit tea drinks

Pea flower milk tea with 30% sugar was quite horrific. It mainly tasted like sour milk. I own some pea flower tea at home so I thought I knew what I was getting into. But I did not haha.

I absolutely loved this place! The modern design and nature theme and decor, mixed with chill music, and friendly employees really puts out an inviting atmosphere. I went with the Brown Sugar Milk Cap with tapioca boba and was blown away. There are times when you try something so good that a bunch of thoughts start racing through your head about how amazing it is. The sweetness of the brown sugar is balanced out by the milk which makes for a delicious and refreshing drink. The boba was soft and chewy too. There is plenty of seating inside if you wanted to sit down and enjoy your drink as well. Simplicitea has everything you could ask...

My wife and I were visiting from Ontario Canada, and with every bubble tea store being so unique and different, it was hard for us to figure out what we wanted, being so used to our local one back home. However, this location did not disappoint! :-) The gentleman that served us was VERY kind and understanding and made us feel quite comfortable. The drinks we got, though different than what we were used to back home, were very well made. My wife kept commenting on how she liked the layout and atmosphere of the store.
