I go to Starbucks every day. I get the best service at this location. The manager, Jennifer, is friendly, efficient and always makes sure that I am able to get what I need and quickly so I can get to work. It amazes me how she can remember so many people and their "usual" drinks! I work in a customer service environment and this location is a shining example of great customer service. Some of the staff, Tia, Amanda, Anna, Eli, are the people I have the most contact with and they always make me feel special. They are professional and friendly and work well under the pressures of all our crazy combo requests for drinks. Read moreI’m disappointed with my experience at this Starbucks location. I drove 23 minutes to get here after checking the hours on Google Maps, which stated the store was open until 9 PM. I arrived at 8:10 PM, only to be told by an employee (who was rather dismissive) that they closed at 8 PM. When I pointed out the incorrect hours on the map, her response was, "I don’t work for the map; I work for Starbucks, and the map isn’t my manager. This attitude is unacceptable, and it highlights poor communication and customer care. If hours have changed, they need to be updated online—it’s basic business practice. I believe this store would do better with more enthusiasm and less about the logic of, "Just doing your job." There's a difference, and knowing the difference will empower her and her workers. Simply speaking, don't judge a book by it's cover. A job's a job. If you're able to smile to a customer, then treat the rest the same.
