I would like to start this off by saying the ONLY reason that I am leaving 5 stars is because the manager (Tony) and the employee that took over (Amy), saved the day AND the fact that we have been ordering from this location for 10+ years with nothing but excellent service and quality!
On Saturday 10/31, I called to place a delivery for my family. The employee who I first interacted with, Kayden, was extremely rude, short, and disrespectful . I have been in the service industry as a server, bartender, and manager for over 10 years now and the way that she spoke to a customer over the phone is absolutely unacceptable. If I found that one of my employees spoke to a customer that way, it would most certainly be a final write up or termination.
I was trying to place an order online, but the system was not working. I decided to call in! I was asking for the "Big Meal Deal" and Kayden repeatedly told me "I'm looking at the menu and that's not a thing" I responded and let her know that it most certainly was because I was currently looking at that particular deal on their website. She was EXTREMELY argumentative as I repeated my order for her numerous times. I then asked to speak with a member of management to have them manually enter the deal if it was not appearing under "deals" for her like it was on the website; I am assuming this was a 16-19 year old girl and was not wanting to argue, I was extremely patient in the beginning.. I simply wanted to place my order!
After asking numerous times to speak with a manager and her response continued to be "We don't have that deal, I don't know what to tell you." she FINALLY said with the utmost attitude, "Fine, I can get a manager but you're gonna have to hold for like 5 minutes cuz we real busy." I responded, "That's fine! I am more than happy to hold for as long as needed, or I can come place my order in person with the manager and do a carry-out?" She let out an audible groan of frustration while still on the phone with me, proceeded to set the phone down (not on mute/hold) and I heard more huffing and puffing and name calling, as if I was inconveniencing her asking to speak with a manager to order an item directly off the menu...
When she picked the phone back up, not the manager as I had requested, she responded with "Okay I found it, what you want?" and I was still APPAULED that she had treated me that way (again 10+ years dining at this location and NOTHING ever short of 5 star service!!!). I said, "Miss I would like to speak to a manager, the way that you treated me because you were frustrated was completely unacceptable." Instead of an apology, or putting the manager on the phone as I had previously requested, she responded with, "Well you was rude to me first!" I in fact was not rude, she was frustrated because she was overlooking the item I was trying to order...
At that point, I asked for her name and asked to speak to a manager... AGAIN. This was followed by another snarky tone and huffing & puffing... I then sat on hold for almost 10 minutes only to be hung up on.
When I called back, the gentleman that answered the phone asked if I could hold, I responded "Sure! I do need to speak with a manager though!" Within 2 minutes, a manager named Tony hopped on the phone and I explained everything. The situation was rectified and he was extremely apologetic, saying that he would have a talk with Miss Kayden. I really hope that she was simply having a bad day and doesn't treat other customers this way, because not everyone has an extensive background in the service industry and would be this understanding of the sheer disrespect that was shown to a long-time customer.
The phone was then handed over to an awesome employee named Amy, she was cheerful, helpful, and nothing short of awesome! The food was perfect and was here in less than 40 minutes. Thank you to Tony & Amy for saving the day, we...
Read moreI have been going to this location for YEARS with my family. We have enjoyed all their specials and in dining offers like half priced Mondays. Today I have lost A LOT of respect for not only a driver but for the manager as well. An order was placed for 3 lunch specials. Driver delivers the food with not a hello or a have a good day, okay not everyone is perky I get it. After receiving the food we noticed that a personal pizza was missing. We called and a driver was sent back out with the missing pizza, Awesome! An hour later we still don't have the replacement pizza and called 4 times just to get someone. Once we got a hold of someone we then had to talk to the driver who was convinced he brought it to us and left it on a table by some bags or what not and some Jeeps (we do not even sell those). The manager got on the phone and that is really where the problem got worse. The issue was NOT defused but in ways made worse almost calling us liars and that we received the pizza, telling us how our business looked and no one was around but two sales guys. We have a receptionist at all times as soon as you walk in the front door nor do we have tables by the windows! Finally after a lot of talking to both driver AND manager another pizza was delivered. Upon the Drivers arrival with the missing pizza he DID admit that he took it to a different dealership down the road because they did not give him the address to redeliver to and was going off of memory. Driver was nice and we chatted the second time but I am rather bothered by the way the MANAGER handled it. It was a simple personal pizza.... may be small but when you are working 12-14 hour shifts a small pizza, salad, burger here and there does make a difference. I truly hope other customers are not being...
Read moreMy first time eating at this location. Was excited to try the BBQ pulled pork sandwich with fries. Fiance ordered chicken parmesan with onion rings and cheese. Service was really sweet, nice and patient with a smile. 10/10 on service The wait for our to-go order was standard. Live less than a 2 minutes away Price of food avg $10 each.
Our experience with the food was lame. My sandwich was bread with under whelming meat. My fries, which were already limp were soaked in pickle juice, you should add small sides like that in 2 oz cups like the sauce or aluminum foil. NOT AT all ok. Ate around it whatever.
His sandwich was soaked in the red sauce with all the veggies on the side, but it's a chicken parmesan it doesn't make sense to put it on the side when the sauce is that heavy, it was a mess to open back up and dress. His onion rings: 1 of 2 things happened when an employee decided to make it. They threw fresh, still greasy onion rings in styrofoam.....which if you no what can happen to styrofoam when grease hits it, you know it melts...... Or 2. They had not hot enough onion rings and when they put the very cheap cheese on it, they melted it in a microwave. Hence why they didn't have aluminum foil in it... Which would have prevented it from binding to the styrofoam. He got to pick 3 out of the batch that weren't melted to the styofoam. Not cool.
I hope a manager sees this, not for any other reason than to reteach your kitchen team. What if a non sensible person were to eat those attached to the styrofoam? Not ok!
Won't ever...
