We came to get our normal ice cream. And the girl I believe her name is Makenzie was very rude. I ordered a double cone, chocolate and vanilla... she yelled out the order the young man made the order. She came back with the order and I said this is too small. She said rudely, what? I said these are never this small, you can barley see the vanilla. She laughed “in silence” and said “sorry ma’am” I said I’m not paying for this, she didn’t take the cone, then I said again I don’t want this, as she looked at me with a look that she didn’t care... then the manager came and took it off... didn’t seem to care... I have been there many times and never ever have I had service like this.... so then my husband ordered a cone double and I’m pretty sure they gave him my cone.... my son ordered a cup... and then I asked for a receipt and she said we don’t give receipts for cash orders. I see you purposely decided not to address the size of you so called “large” drink. It should have at least been in the same size cup as your large concretes are served in. All in you had maybe 50 cents in that cup of soda you sell for 2.50, you made your entire profit on my order directly off that soda and you have the audacity to comment that your prices...

Why I couldn't have it in a cone that makes no sense....not that you will miss me but no longer will come here. All it was was a waffle cone.....and if it was the matter of price difference I would of paid, but since this business has kids working in here nobody can have authority to say yes anyway...nor did he offer a price difference...back to...
