Okay, I try to stay away from negative reviews but there is no redeeming quality to this location.
We ordered two breakfast meals at a little after 9 AM, both with iced vanilla coffees. The line wasn't that long, but very slow, and we were told there would be a short wait for the coffees. Okay, no problem, just gotta pull up and wait.
10 minutes later, an employee comes out with one coffee. We remind him we had two. He looked really confused, said "okay" and then left again, clutching the first coffee. He came back a couple minutes later with a definitely partly consumed coffee. It had a straw in it already and clearly had been partially drank. He tried to hand it to us and said, "it isn't been used! It isn't been used."
I politely asked if we could please get another coffee because that's disgusting. He stared at me like he couldn't believe I would ask that, started to protest, then put his hand down and said, "okay." 7 minutes later, he hadn't come back. So we parked and my mom went in to get the coffee.
The employee himself was just making hash browns, ignoring us and the issue. We got the coffee eventually but what a nightmare. I don't mind waiting but that was ridiculous, mostly the horrific customer service and unsanitary conditions.
I will definitely not be back here, and I advise you stay far...
Read moreTerrible!! I did a mobile order. When I got home I realized they forgot our large fry. I returned via the drive thru and explained. I was questioned about the time (fair), if I had a receipt (fair), and if I simply forgot to add the fry to my order. I checked before I came back and it was definetly their error. I was also asked if I wanted to buy another fry. No! She knew I had a receipt as I told her I did. Why she didn't ask me to pull up right away to check my receipt I have no idea. She eventually did after she berated me about their mistake at the speaker. There was a male at the window who wasn't any nicer. I explained to him I didn't know why the employee was acting like I was lying. He said it was procedure. Checking my receipt may be procedure and that wasn't my issue. Being irritated with me that an employee made a mistake and accusing me of being the one who messed up is my issue. When I went to pull away, the male employee said loud enough I could hear that I needed to come back next time with a better attitude. I didn't have an attitude until the poor customer service shocked me!! How about next time you don't mess up orders and if you do...take ownership!! Don't blame the customer when it was clearly...

I cannot remember the last time I customized my sandwich and then actually got my request. Attention all employees: To-Go orders should ALWAYS have napkins in the bag/with the order!!! I have been told on multiple occasions, once I've already waited several minutes in line, that they are only accepting mobile or delivery orders!! Wait? What??! I'm confused. So since mobile orders are now being fumbled around-We can no longer just drive thru with cash for food from McDonald's anymore??? Wow.
