The business has removed and/or edited their response to state it could have been a communication failure. This is not 100% genuine, and I have to draw back my 3 stars to 2 stars for their insincerity and misrepresentation of the truth in conversations.
I understand not wanting to look bad in the public eye, but sometimes you miss the mark and must own up, not cover up.

In response: At the time of the below update, Stefs did not offer this service or they did not abide by it. We specifically asked for contactless. Just know that if you ask for this service, you may not receive it and they will still require you to sign the receipt at the door (i.e. not contactless).
The one sentence response from this owner highlights the lack of care and effort I mentioned in my review below. Its lazy and defensive sounding.
Either way, I think other locations may be different and more consistent in service and food. Just my recommendation.
--- COVID-19 Update --- At the height of the pandemic, the biggest problem here is lack of COVID consideration. Your delivery drivers really should start wearing masks, or offer non contact orders. It's not only good for business, it's good for the community.
See picture:
The pizza is usually decent and very greasy, but lately it's been terrible. I would be sad if I got COVID over a pizza that looks like this.
Putting care into your food doesn't hurt. I feel like an animal eating greasy slop. Maybe just caring in general is a good idea 💡, from masking to customer service to food.
------ Original Review ------
Best STL style pizza IF you can get it fresh and not dripping with grease. Personally I hate Provel cheese (it's an STL staple), but you can sub Mozzarella. I would give Stefs a solid 4.5 stars, and I do recommend. Without naming names, I would say they are significantly better than anything else as far as STL style in this area.
For delivery, their time estimates are off. I was told an hour once and had it delivered in 15 minutes, which is actually very inconvenient. I realize it's the opposite of what some people might want, but it's not fast food, it's supposed to be good...
Read moreWe went here for a party last month and I expected so much of this place. Let me break this down.
Good stuff: Place was clean and cozy. Bathroom is clean. I loved the ambiance. It could be a nice place to do outdoor dining in the springtime. Staff were very accommodating. Very nice and are quick to approach. I enjoyed their toasted ravioli. It was really good. If you wish to go here, this is something you may want to try. Service is quick. Servings are big for pastas. Good parking area.
Not-so-good stuff: I ordered their chicken alfredo pasta. It was really bland and the noodles were soggy. Didn’t even finish my meal and to think that I love white pastas a lot. One of us ordered pizza and it was kind of dry and boring. Nothing special on it at all. Their Italian wedding soup tasted like water with bland soup base. My partner and I were kind of disappointed with that. My partner ordered lasagna. It was salty for some reason. The garlic cheese bread was a 2.5/5 rating. It was just a plain bread dashed with some salt and topped with cheese slices and heated. I love garlic cheese bread a lot so this disappointed me a lot. *Their cannoli was something i waited for and I was telling myself that it could probably change my mind about the place. However, it just made everything worse. It was mostly cream and I could barely taste the supposed-to-be ricotta cheese in there, but it was bland and plain. This was the downer of everything.
If you are looking for a place to eat quick, this is okay. But if you’re expecting for a good Italian experience, i don’t recommend this...
Read moreThe restaurant is nicely decorated. But a bit confusing. All other Stefanina's you order then find a seat. Here, however, you take seat and wait for a waitress/waiter to take your order. I was the only patron at the time. I ordered at the front as I was used to doing. Then had to tell them I was eating there. I ordered from the lunch specials and asked for garlic cheese bread. Without asking me, they traded my salad from the lunch special for the bread. I would have asked about it but the person who had been up front disappeared into the back. By time she stopped by to refill my drink ( which had been empty for a while) I was almost done with my pizza so would have been useless to get the salad. Again needed a refill but no one to ask for it. I went behind small section that had soda machine where earlier I had to go to get utensils and napkins and refilled my drink myself. Left and left no tip as I felt I had mainly served myself. Food was delicious but they seriously need to pay better attention to orders and to the patrons sitting in dining area no matter how slow they are. Not just disappear into the back...
