Beyond disappointing. The 1 Star is for the girl who took my order that actually deserved a star! I’d have given it a 5 star review based on her service. My son decided he wanted Subway sandwiches for his graduation luncheon. It was a pretty small gathering so I went in and ordered 9 footlongs. The girl took my order, rang me out and then came and sat down and wrote out the specifics. 3 tuna, 3 turkey, 3 spicy Italian. American cheese on all. Toppings on the side: mayo, mustard, pickles, lettuce, banana peppers, olives tomatoes and onions. Cut into 3rds. Simple. Pick up after graduation-have ready around 10:30-depending on the length, may not be there until after 11. “No problem, I’ll even text them tonight so they know they have an order.” I was so impressed. Great. But no. The morning crew was horrible. I’m at my house with a houseful of guests and my parents go to pick them up at 10 til 11-not ready. They leave to go home and get gifts and come back and still not ready. I call them wondering where in the world my order is and they proceed to tell me they ran out of bread. Really??? Because I paid you $70 to have first dibs on bread this morning remember? They waited and waited and finally come home with sandwiches in a bag prepared sloppily-cut into 1/4’s w no meat on the ends. No mustard or mayo. The toppings on the side were all thrown into a bowl like a salad ( I didn’t ask for mostly jalapeños...or any for that matter). Just a mess! Read moreThis once weekly place for lunch is off the table for me. I placed on online order and went in it wasn't ready. I asked this heavy set women with colored hair and she said they didn't have any online orders. I proceeded to confirm the address and provided my receipt which she replied they did not have it. I then read the order number to her and after again denying it she walked to the computer and actually checked and surprise it was there! My next interaction I placed an online order asking for light mayo and mustard when I opened my sandwich it was covered completely in the most sauce I have ever seen clearly out of spite. Also no napkins in my bag so it was a mess I took a few bites and three away the rest. To add insult to injury the owner does not honor BOGO coupons and there is a sign complaining he can't find workers. I called to tall them they didn't give us our chips and the first thing he said was "did you use doordash" I said no I ordered delivery through the website. Then I asked to have the chips refunded after he said we would have to drive up there to get them. He said he couldn't do that and only the owner could and he wasn't there. So I asked well when will he be there? Hes said "Uh, I don't know." I said "listen I know how a schedule works and I know you can see when he will be there?"
