This is rich, the previous owners daughter verbally abused me. I stopped going there. Noli talked me into coming back. Now Josie one of the employees that couldn't get the price of a refill correct, tells me this morning I'm not welcome there and don't come back. There seems to be some confusion somewhere. Probably in me trying to do business with females. I feel bad for the owners that invest their money and have employees undermining their efforts with their irratiomal behavior. Let's see how long this owner lasts. I'm going back to their competitor for coffee.
Saw Noli again and met Cathy the new owner.m. Great coffee and great Hospitality thank you very much! 😎
Update. After paying two different prices for the refill I asked the lady one day what is the actual price because I'm paying two different prices and she said to me "I'm the owner's daughter and I know what the prices are.." I said that was fine and I'm not trying to argue but I was just asking for a clarification. At that point I had paid for the first and second cup in full. While I was drinking the first cup I pulled out a receipt that showed the different price that I had been charged by someone else and all she did was say "ok." Did I do something so wrong to ask for what the proper price was when I buy coffee there? I was so turned off I never went in for the refill, did not ask for a refund and now I drink coffee somewhere else. Quite frankly Walmart sells a 44 ounce bottle of dark roast Starbucks coffee and I have my own hazelnut creamer and I keep it in my cooler and I save money and do not have any unpleasant experiences drinking it because I am not dealing with any maladjusted human beings. PS. There was an older gentleman nearby behind the counter and I don't know if he was the father but if my daughter spoke that way to the customers after I had invested my money in this business I would send her home for alienating the paying customers but that's just my point of view. When a guy has money in his pocket he can drink coffee anywhere.
Good coffee. Friendly, mellow shop. A peaceful and lovely morning...

They didn't even have them hanging around their chin to pretend they were wearing them, they are clearly trying to make a point that they don't care about the county mandate OR the health of their customers. The response from the owner is a complete joke.
