I would give this place a negative 3 stars if I could! This is the worst experience I have ever had with a pizza place! I called and placed my order, provided the correct address,paid in full,and waited for the pizza to get here. The delivery driver called me an hour later to inform me they did not deliver to my address. Upset after waiting over an hour with 6 hungry kids,I called the store to explain the situation and was hung up on for understandably slightly raising my voice. I called back again and requested a manager,who was extremely rude,unapologetic,and refused to do anything to help me out,even though my order had already been paid in full (over $40). She then proceeded to hang up on me when I asked for the district mangers contact info! When I called back again my call was screened and ignored for almost 10 minutes. When I finally did get through again and ask for a manager, I was informed yet again that even though I had given the correct address and the order was paid in full,they would do nothing to assist me,and I would have to wait 5 to 7 days for a refund. This "manager " who was on duty on Saturday,August 18th at approximately 8PM should be immediately retrained and coached on how to deal with customers. Read moreIf I could do a negative review, I would. I never even write reviews but I just had to.. I have ordered SO many times because its 5 minutes from my house. I had an issue last week where my pizza was the completely wrong one. I called, Freddie was nice AT FIRST. Said they'd replace it. They bring out another pizza that literally had sausage picked off of half the pizza!!!!!! Demanded the old one back. Gave it to them. By the time I was able to call back Freddie screamed at me on the phone. I told him my sister was a lawyer and I'm in the food business, he started to get irate and thought I was threatening him??? I said I'd call corporate. Welp, nobody from the franchise got back with me. Yesterday, my mother ordered food. Got the wrong pizza. When I called, Freddie literally said "If we are so bad, why do you keep ordering from us?? I got an email and I know everything you said. Sue me!!!" And hung up... So I'm beyond shocked. I've yet to hear from anyone in the Franchise. Never have I EVER in the history of any food place been treated so rudely and unprofessionally. I seriously just want people to do better. Handle situations better. my mother was embarrassed when her friend paid for his food, got it wrong and then got yelled at by management....

Every time I order from here everything is cold and the order is almost 100% wrong. When we call to have them fix their mistake they are rude and inconsiderate. They obviously have never heard the customer service saying that "the customer is always right". When I received a salad with no cheese (after specifically asking for it and offering to pay an additional price) and getting a sub with only two sub sauces (when again told the cashier that we needed at least five sub sauces and again could charge me) they had the audacity to tell us that we were mistaken and that the manager had made that order and he was positive that the order was correct. The manager became kind and apologetic after making us endure the ghetto conversation and slander through the woman answering the phone. Want good food? Good service? Never order from here. I wish we could pay extra to get the Seminole Hungry Howie's to deliver to us to avoid this disgusting experience (not to mention the Seminole business is the best with great service). Hands...
