Ok so I am Chef have been for many years and I lived on the west coast my whole life until 2020,so I am picky when it come to my favorite style of cuisine. But this places food was decent, however there salsas though they have a good flavor are watery. An is the only reason they aren't getting a 5 star review from me. So I ordered two asada tacos with jus onions an cilantro "typically how ya see it at most taco trucks out west" an a asada burrito with just beans rice an meat an onions an cilantro again a "typical taco truck style burrito you would see out west, aside from them having the spicy Chile de arbol filled red salsa u would usually see on asada out west. Definitely will go back jus wish I could show their chef or owner whoever writes/designs their recipes some more authentic better salsa recipes. Because honestly that's all this place is lacking on an ofcourse I'm comparing them to many great taquerias/ trucks out west that I've personally been to an also had the pleasure of working for some of them. But I will say this outta of all the other wannabe mexican food restaurants out here in St. Roberts/Waynesville/Rolla area it was definitely nice to see mexican food that's not drenched in melted white american cheese that people out here call...

My second time going to this restaurant was not very good and I expected them to treat me like El jimadors did arguing with me telling me that's what I ordered what they had given me when I know I didn't order it I think it was the owner I usually don't complain about my food but when you give me an order that is completely wrong and I tell you about it and you call me a liar we got a problem and I totally expected that from Antonio's but instead he greeted me apologized he gave me my money back no hesitation and now I'm a customer I really like the people who work there the food is good I would recommend them to anyone and I'm not just saying this and they're not paying me to say this It's the truth I appreciate the gentleman who greeted me oh let me get you a side note I had called and was going to complain about my food right and they hung up on me and I was pissed like really really pissed and before I could accept my phone down they called me back he didn't realize that someone was on the phone and give them very very good props for that like I said they're good people the good restaurant and good food so I recommend...
