My husband and I decided to have Sonic for dinner tonight. While ordering the cashier was having a hard time understanding. We were parked. We repeated the order for her multiple times and corrected her when something was wrong. She was also rushing the order. It was about 9:10pm. The food was brought out and handed to us. My husband asked for his BLT bc we didn't see it. She rang in a grilled cheese. I told her that we really wanted a BLT and that we would lay the difference no problem. She went in and I pulled the grilled cheese out to give back to her when we got the correct sandwich. A Male came over the speaker and proceeded to state that we didn't order a BLT the it was a grilled cheese. He also stated that there was a price difference and we were trying to get over on them. He said that he would replace it this time. I stated that I offered to pay the difference and that they could have the grilled cheese back. He said no. That we didn't order what we said we did. I told him to charge me for the BLT and I'd pay for both. I'm livid! There is no reason to accuse a paying customer of lying and basically trying to steal when the cashier made a mistake. Mistakes happen and it's not a big deal. We were very nice about it until the Male accused us of trying to get over on them. He didn't make us pay for the BLT even after I asked tmhim to just ring it up and I'd pay for it full price along with the grilled cheese that I had already paid for. This is definately not customer service and since when is it ok to accuse a customer of lying and trying to cheat them out of money after the customer stated that they'd pay the difference. My coney was rubbery and hard. I took two bites and just threw it away. There was no way I was going to try and get that fixed after his accusation. All we wanted was the correct food and paying for it was not...
Read moreI often go through this sonic drive-in on my way to see my dad. I am dubious about ordering through the drive thru as no matter where I have purchased from (the Golden arches, the bell, the subway....and this one also I end up without the correct order. So onto my experience yesterday it was busy and I didn't see a pull-in spot so the drive thru it was. I wanted the new Wisconsin butter Bbq burger as it was delicious; I was told it was no longer available....go figure. I didn't at that point know what I wanted but ordered a corn dog , 2-onion rings, a soft pretzel and cheese, mozzerella sticks and a #1 hamburger. Lunch for two was $19.96. When I was at the pickup window I told the server that I need everything as far as the condiments-to the napkins. When he handed me my bags I looked at him and said I cannot come back today are you sure this order is correct and he told me that it was all there. I started checking the bags. It was all there and the young man smiled and gave me a "thumbs up". My lunch with my dad was nice with no complaints about the food. A Great Day and Great experience with the Saint Robert...
Read moreI do drive through, and these few months, they always get my order wrong. My milkshake, I get strawberry cheesecake milkshake, but they only give me strawberry milkshake 5 times. Last time, I was super mad because I told them please can you make sure it's the right one?" and they said yes. I was driving back home, and I started drinking it, and it didn't taste like the order I wanted . They did put cookies at the top, but that's it. Whoever is making the milkshakes has no idea how to make it.
Updated review. Today, July 31, after almost 3 months, I decided to give it a try again, and guess what ? They failed again. I went there around 18:46. The car hop was Leanna check# 402299, I specific told her, please make sure my strawberry cheesecake LG is the right one, I said to her I usually have to turn around for you guys to fix it and not whip cream. They forgot to do that, too. They took it out last minute, so my cup was dirty on the outside and wet. I didn't turn around this time because I was with a friend +kids, and we were coming from a trip (long drive). I hope one day...
