3 Rivers 6 Pack & Eatery — Restaurant in Salem Township

The food was pretty good, especially the seasoned fries. But the young brunette waitress…yeah, she made it a point to ignore me most of the night. And I know I looked a bit rough and dirty (because I just got off of work), but the attitude she gave me when I simply requested something or thanked her for something that she should have done in the first place, without me even asking for it to be done, was so off base and so uncalled for. Not to mention I had to wait 20 minutes to get my second beer!!

And you no what? I always make a point of leaving a 20-25% tip (that’s not a joke or a hyperbolic statement, I really do leave a generous tip almost all the time), but I left her nothing because of how she treated me and made me feel as a customer.

In closing, I wish I could say I’m sorry for not giving that waitress a tip..but she didn’t even offer me the bare minimum of service to deserve even an incredibly small percentage of the checks total… Just a terrible experience because of a...

Had a group of 9 ladies planning a good bye for a friend. I got there and ignored so started moving some chairs. The bartenders yelled at me "what are you doing, don't touch the tables". Finally the waitress came over and was very discussed she had to clean a table to move 2 together for us. Waiting for my group, I was so uncomfortable. I was totally ignored until 2 of the other girls showed up. Finally got asked if we wanted a drink. I was there at least 15 minutes. Food took forever to come out. Used to be a big fan of this place, but BAD experience tonight! Owner was completely RUDE and said he couldn’t save a table as it was “prime real estate” (his words) and there was ONE couple waiting for a table at the time...meanwhile I was giving his small business a total of 9 PAYING CUSTOMERS! THEN, after we paid and left, our waitress was taking care of my sons table of 5 and ACTUALLY told him “you should tell your parents how to leave a tip!” WOW, no words!!
