Ordered online with mobile app on my way back home from a long flight…I asked for the new Outlaw sub which was suppose to be steak but when i got home to eat, it was not cut, had no cheese & was also VERY clearly chicken. I called to ask for a refund and Emily very rudely basically called me a liar and said “she remembered it was definitely steak and that i should bring it back in to prove it”..I told her that is not possible but I could send a picture. she laughed. I asked to speak to a manager and she said no. I then asked for her name and also gave her my name and number for a manager to call back to speak to someone more helpful and she hung up on me. I tried to call back again immediately and she let the phone keep ringing. I sincerely doubt I will get a call back because Emily was very rude and most likely didn’t record my number. I will call back again tomorrow, not because I want a “free sub”—but because she was so unprofessional and the whole thing could have been handled much more...
Read moreThis was absolutely disgusting my mom and sister stopped here for lunch to bring home and i stayed home after surgery. they said the workers were incredibly rude and came off as they just didn’t want to be there. told my mom she shouldn’t come to the counter unless she immediately knows what she wants. no questions allowed. but the worst part… my sandwhich had more mayo than ANYTHING ELSE. it was literally dripping out of the sandwhich and all over myself. i didn’t even eat it. and my sisters meatball sub was so Burt the meatballs were black. (pictures included). not to mention my mom smelled something burning which reminded her of an electrical fire she experienced in the past and the workers did not even care to investigate. miserable people like this should not be allowed to work with the public. if i’m gonna spend my money in this economy it better be better...
Read moreJust had a really awkward and unpleasant experience on Sunday February 23rd. The new girl Nicole needs a serious attitude check. I don't mind her needing guidance to make the sandwiches as today was her first day. But her attitude absolutely sucked even worse than Thier prices. She was very rude and appeared angry. My wife and I went to get sandwiches and when Nicole made hers totally wrong, my wife was afraid to even say anything because Nicole looked like she was ready to snap. Stressful first day I can understand but don't take it out on paying customers. She needs much more training and if that personality of hers continues, then she should find a different line of work. If she can't take the heat she should stay out...
