Edit: It's been a while. I revisited this location and must say it's gone downhill. People are nice still, clean place too. Quality of food has gone downhill, and wait times are still long even during low traffic times.
Tacos have next to no cheese, didn't get my order right, and really, if it's one time a year, what's the point of going back or getting a gift card for more food "next time"
Food is up to standard you can expect from Taco Bell, staff is friendly and seem to actually enjoy their work. Never a problem with an order here.
This one is part of the Charter group of restaurants, and they do tend to care about quality overall.
Their drive thru was slow for the longest time but is expected with a newer restaurant, and their drive thru times seem to be steadily improving.
Dining room is clean and rather deceptively comfortable for hard chairs. They have a 6 seat section in the middle with outlets however woe is the remote worker, they don't work. However the outlets along the walls leave sufficient openings for laptop needs.
They do have public Wi-Fi but it is quite slow and unreliable, and if you have T-Mobile or AT&T the signal...
Read moreThe absolute worst Taco Bell ever. After waiting through the drive through for 24 minutes (I know, I should have left earlier...) I get to the window and it all went south. My order (number 7 with soft taco and Baja Blast and a Chipotle Chalupa) was supposed to be $14.92 - rounded to 15 for charity. The woman in the window said "$8.56"?? No, the truck in front of me left, I'm the $15 order with.... She immediately slammed the window shut and started yelling. She then opens it and says she has no idea what I'm talking about. Proceeding to yell at me and repeating that she has no idea - I guess about anything? Terrible employee at the very least. I left after about 2 minutes of this. I won't be belittled for trying to be a customer. Just trying to earn everyone. This Taco Bell has been up and down over the last few years, but this may be the last time for me. Read moreWent today April 28th with my wife to get a quick bite. I had to wait forever for them to take my order. Then after she took my order I pulled up to the window. Payed and got my receipt and realized she got it wrong. She came to the window before that and ask what I ordered because apparently it's to hard to get right the first time, I told her my order was wrong and what I really ordered.She proceeded to loe to me and say that I ask her what I ordered so sorry here's the food have a nice day and closed the window.. First they get my order wrong twice,then call me a liar. And I have to leave with food I didn't order.. I'm disgusted with the service of that place. I feel bad for all the others that deal with that there because I'm sure it happens all day.Ill NEVER go back and I'll tell everyone how I was treated and hope that they go somewhere where customer service means...
