ANIME HIBACHI — Restaurant in Salem

Let’s start off with that I called the place five minutes after they were closed. When I got them on the phone and asked what time they close and they told me five minutes ago, but the gentleman on the phone was more than happy to offer to still make my food and have me come pick it up. I thought that was amazing customer service. I actually didn’t get to the place until 8:45 PM which is 15 minutes after their close time. I ordered two chicken hibachi with noodle and one steak hibachi with noodle. Everything was excellent with a lot of food in the dish. I appreciate you guys and it is a wonderful site to see such a quality business in a small hometown like Salem. Keep up the good work and I will remain a loyal...

Be very clear with you sushi orders. Ordered four sushi rolls, spicy tuna roll, spicy crab roll, a volcano roll, and a Kamikaze roll only one was a fried roll. However three of the four rolls came fried and they all tasted the same. Presentation was the same and other than the respective names of the rolls written on the containers you could not taste or see any difference. We are house sitting for family in Salem. They recommended that we try this place. I am so glad they did !! It was incredible ! Delicious! Very fast service. Maybe ten minutes from ordering to being ready. The people are great. Very nice personable and willing to change or replace whatever you order to your liking. I can’t recommend highly enough....
