KFC — Restaurant in Salem

This KFC/ Taco Bell has the worst customer service. We ordered 2 famous bowls with a drink, a chicken chipotle melt, black beans, and nacho fries. We sat in line for probably about 30 minutes then when we got to the window the lady handed us our drink and said our food would be out in a bit. We waited then when we got our food I told my fiancé not to leave until we checked it, good thing because they made the chicken melt with the beans on it. (Not what I ordered) and then didn’t give us our side of beans anyway. I told them it was wrong and she got snarky with me told me I should’ve said something when the order was read back (and it wasn’t she just gave us a total and we drove to the window) I asked her if I could have my beans and if she’d remake my melt. Again, got an attitude and shut the window. Finally made my food. As someone who has worked in fast food for a very long time, I think they need a lesson on how to treat their customers. Too much to list. Like Taco Bell, corporate has raised their prices to where it's Impossible for a family to eat there weekly and now maybe, only two to three times a YEAR!! Their chicken is HALF the size of their competitions while their prices are almost double their competition. Their biscuits have also gone down in size while increased in price. ALSO rationing the condiments, butter and honey packets, only enough for three people, not a normal or large family adequate amount. They even forgot part of the order causing a return trip and of course an argument to get the forgotten item replaced but ONLY after reassuring the employees it will NEVER have to replace any items in the future. Its ok but does have some issues like studying all your food I to one bag, not being consistent on making the food, the app never works or has issues, the owner locks the doors at 6pm so no one can eat in there and dont know why because it closes as 9pm as is. Sometimes the tacos shells taste old or not sure the deal with them sticking to the wrappers and thst is annoying or getting your tacos pretty much every time all. Broken up. The cinnamon twists were stale and barely any cinnamon. There just several issues at this location that need resolved. This town dont have many places to eat to begin with then get service like this.
