Hardee’s — Restaurant in Salem

After arriving this morning at this location of Hardees to get a quick breakfast at this location, I was going to the counter to place my order, and as I approached the count the young lady looked up to see me, as she was looking at me you can see clearly her mouth using cuss words at me because I was approaching the counter to place and order. Seeing that I made a clear statement to her because of her actions, I will never come back to this location.

It is clear that this individual did not want to provide service to me or anyone else. Such action like this at this Hardees’s, is really a poor structure of the Management and as well as the Owner. If the management or Owner cannot believe this review, then they should look at the recorded video and you will clearly see the person who did such action, moving around a big grey container with her mouthing hurtful and hateful words. (On August 1, 2023 at about 7:30 t0 8:00 a.m.) She used harsh words with hateful manners, only for a customer who desired a simple breakfast that had to leave due to her...

I have been coming here for years, my work is close by and this has noting to do with the lady's in the morning shift they have to together. But the lunch/evening crew is the worst I have seen in Roanoke. My order this year alone has been wrong 4 times and it's only February, I have went in and seen cash laying on food prep counter. Today once again they ran out of ketchup(last month it was lids) the same girl who got my order wrong last time that had the pace of a snail informed me that there was no ketchup I said "ok no problem can I get ranch of barbecue instead" she said "only if I pay for it...... I'm sorry but it costs extra" so these geniuses run out of condiments and can't spare 2 ranch sauces. I paid 9 dollars for that combo and two ranch would have put them out of business . This Hardee's sucks I won't visit again there are 5 other fast food restaurants with in a mile keep driving folks they will only bs you...

I have to amend my rating to three stars after a friend stopped in for a food order and bathroom break. The ladies bathroom had used food gloves on the floor, vomit on the stall door and cigarette ashes on the sink. When brought to the attention of the manager, the curt response was "we're sorry that our bathroom does not meet with your standards." My perspective is, what is going on with the food prep if the bathrooms look like this? I will bypass this Hardee's location in the future.
