I took my son there for an hour of activities. For a majority of the time he had a great time. Early on I had trouble getting assistance from employees to assist my son with the rock climbing wall. That was understandable since there is not a direct line of site to the climbing wall and we were the only ones waiting. 5 minutes before we left though, my son wanted to jump off the high tower up front. As we left the main platform I observed at least 2 employees playing basketball rather than engaging customers. At the tower, we waited nearly 3 minutes without assistance. I asked the attendant at the air bag trampoline if she could send one of the two employees playing basketball to assist and she directed me back to the girl manning the bumper cars. When she was finally available 2 minutes later (we waited 5 minutes total), she walked over as they announced my sons bounce group was over. She began to refuse services. When I told her I had tried to engage several employees over the last 5 minutes to assist, she told me to "drop my attitude" and that they were short staffed, and that she hadn't had her lunch break for 2 hours. I told her that had nothing to do with the last 5 minutes my son had been waiting. She directly told me, "She could care less if my son jumped or not," while pointing at him. When he began to cry as a result, I immediately asked for a manager at which time her attitude changes and she wanted to do anything she could to resolve the situation. I felt she was more concerned about the consequences of her actions rather than the fact she had made a kid cry. I did speak to the manager but was not offered any insight on how they intended to deal with the situation. Although the facility is great I will likely not return as a result of this situation.
On another note (kind of funny), I posted this to thier facebook site (I didnt think it was fair to hide behind google and wanted them to know my experiencefirst hand, and they pulled the post down faster than they helped my son today :)
Update: The owner personally reached out to me on this to investigate the incident and I am greatful for thier vested interest. This improved my experience and was greatly...
Read moreI had such high expectations for this place, but was EXTREMELY disappointed after our visit. My fiancé and I decided to haul our 4 boys to this place (drove over an hour and a half) for the first time. I had heard a lot about it so I figured why not let the kids jump off some energy and enjoy themselves. First, you have to sign a waiver before you can even purchase passes. That's fine, I understand to cover their behinds, waivers are needed. Secondly, the passes are pretty expensive. For the price you pay, every type of trampoline pit should be available to you, not have to pay extra. Thirdly, we have an almost 2yr old so we were told that we could go to the area where there are small spaces of individual trampoline; 1 person per spot and we weren't allowed to jump with our youngest. So we proceeded over to that area which was super crowded and picked out our spots. They have green walkways in between each trampoline spot so you can walk around and move without getting into people's way. My fiancé picked up our 2yr old and started to jump. The employee, young boy, that was supervising that area approached us and told us we weren't allowed to hold our son and jump with him. So we put him down, which upset him, and then sat on the edge of the green walkway and held his hands whIle he attempted to jump. The employee came over once again and said we weren't allowed to sit down. I immediately became frustrated because we were on one end of the jump pad and we were not in anyone's way and our youngest is too small to do anything by himself. We paid full price for him, but yet he didn't get to take advantage of anything there. I just think if you are a parent and are trying to have fun with your child while helping them, you shouldn't have such strict rules. We weren't doing anything unsafe or that would harm anyone. What is the point in having people sign waivers, but yet you cannot even have fun!? It is extremely over priced, needs more kid friendly areas for the real small children, and need to lighten up on some of the rules. We will not be...
Read moreMy 12 year old broke her leg on the launch tower after being told if she saw the video prior to jumping on trampolines she knew what to do. The video stated to land on both feet with knees slightly bent (for trampolines), which my child did after being instructed to do so. After instruction she was left unattended by staff for the jump resulting in her having a broken leg and screaming help, where no staff member could see her (due to the height of the inflatable landing platform) or offered any help to get her down (which has no safe exit or way on in case of emergency). There was no staff supervising the jumping platform either as the staff member that allowed them on it walked away to run the bumper cars. This was 30 minutes into us being there, where we received no emergency protocol and were not allowed a partial refund on the total package we had purchased for 3 children. I don't recommend anyone take their child here taking a chance of the staff not supervising or instructing as they should. The hospital near by stated they had received over 50 patients due to this establishment in the past 3 months due to negligence of safety precautions on this equipment. Their video does not show them how to do the launch tower, their staff wrongly informed my child what to do as they clearly and rudely stated she should have landed on her bottom which is not clearly shown near the entrance of the tower. This is highly dangerous for your little ones and I am very disappointed after hearing how "wonderful"...
