I was really hoping to like this place. We drove over an hour for the kids to have some fun. Upon coming in we were not told there was a height restriction on the go carts. And of course they have a strict no refund policy. Weird they enforce this but not the cutting the line policy. And even for kids old enough to ride by themselves, there's a height for a slow race (vs slightly faster race). So after standing in a long line for a good 25 minutes my daughter had to wait even longer for a slow speed race. Also all the other kids kept cutting in line and nothing was done about it so we were in line for laser tag for over 30 minutes because of children cutting line with no parents to be found. Staff at the kiddie bumper cars disappeared for at least 20 minutes and was nowhere to be found. The front desk/grill people were polite and the guy at the bigger track was nice but we won't be back. For 2 hours we basically stood in line and only got to participate once in laser tag, once at the large track and twice at the kiddie track. We spent almost $60 to stand in line most of...
Read moreI will never have another birthday or family outing here again. You can garentee that. First of all the deposit was always 50 bucks when I called to reserve they charged 80, not a big deal less you have to pay later. Come to the day of the party and they have taken out the little kids zone which I have a 2 year old that's about the only thing he could do. There is an unmanned bouncy house. 2 year old can even get on it bc so many bigger kids were on it. There was only one women's restroom in order. We always got the basic package that came with one go cart or laser tag per child the day of the party ended up having to upgrade to the wrist bands bc nothing came with the basic party but a ticket for one free ride or laser tag NOT VALID on the date of the party a couple tokens and one slice a pizza per kid. The whole point of doing a party here was for the GO CARTS AND LAZER TAG if one or the other doesnt come with the party...
Read moreWe went and did the mini golf course. While it is clear they are trying to update it with new turf, other aspects were pretty undesirable. The ponds had dead animals floating in them which was pretty gross. Dead frogs, dead fish, trash, it was just really dirty. I understand nature happens but the entire first pond was full of floating carcasses which is just unfortunate. It was clear they dont prioritize their mini golf because there were sticks and debris all over the courses and it had not been cleaned off for a while.....which makes it rather difficult to putt.
Lastly, and this didnt bother me, but if anyone has kids who are sound sensitive, the train runs directly behind the course, and it can be rather loud. I cant speak for the rest of the establishment since we only did mini golf, and it was cheap enough that I am not too tore up about it...but we...
