Hardee's — Restaurant in Salem

If I could give a zero star rating.. I would. Naturally people make mistakes. In fast food, it's common to get an order wrong. But when it's messed up multiple times in the same visit and the young men working there act like you inconvenience them by asking for a drink that you paid for, and then asking for ice in the drink, the huffing and puffing and rolling they eyes is flat out rude. 4/20/19: The biscuits and gravy were as good as usual, and the staff who were there were very pleasant and helpful; HOWEVER, three people working during the late breakfast rush were NOT enough. The coffee was empty and it took longer than I've ever seen to get our food. :-(

Stopped in with my family while traveling. We don't have a Hardee's anywhere near us so its always a treat, but never THIS good! The gentleman who helped us was working the counter, drive thru and jumped in to help his coworker cook. He was absolutely pleasant and welcoming.
