Joe's Pizza & Pasta — Restaurant in Salem

Ordered 2 of the lobster ravioli alfredo with garlic bread and salad. The alfredo tasted nothing like what alfredo should taste like, it was bland, just basically like a cream sauce. The garlic bread was basically just a hogie roll with some melted butter and red seasoning (paprika, maybe?), no garlic flavor at all, it wasnt even roasted, its like they just took some melted butter very lightly brushed some on the bread, it was so incredibly dry and lacked any real flavor. The salad, sure it was pretty large, but it was mostly just lettuce and not even a good quality lettuce, they charge extra to add cheese and croutons which are basic things that go on a salad Paid for an extra side of ranch dressing and they gave me italian dressing. We had our family Christmas party here tonight, Saturday, December 28, 2019, at the Salem location. Joes had been given a very advanced - 6 weeks- notice of our group of 25-30 coming in at 4pm. Our poor server! Bless her heart! She zero help the entire evening. (We had the "banquet room," and the restaurant area wasn't busy at all!) She did an amazing job, ran her legs off, given the size she had to deal with. That said, our experience was very poor. Our food was cold and we liked to never got to pay our bill - computer glitch?? There was a ton of help in the kitchen, for some reason but, again, our poor waitress was all alone, trying to wait on all of us, including half dozen children, until 10. Our family ate at Joe's on a Thursday night for the spaghetti spaghetti. We quickly found a table and our drink order was taken and received. We placed our order and our children quickly received their orders. My husband and I got the salad and breadsticks that came with the spaghetti special. We then preceeded to wait nearly 30 minutes and we still hadn't received our spaghetti. I had to track down the waitress to tell her we still hadn't received our food.
