North Jersey Pizza Company — Restaurant in Salem

I wish I could give more stars, but unfortunately I don’t think we will buy from here again. We live in Alliance and decided to drive the 25 minutes to try this place. I had the pickle pizza and it was ok, it was very salty. When others are saying the pizza is small… yes, it is small. My husband had the meat pizza and he said it was good but not great. We ordered wings, which were very large. We got spicy ranch and spicy garlic, unfortunately they weren’t labeled and 1 was much tastier than the other, but we aren’t sure which one it was. Finally I ordered potato skins and I must say I don’t mean to be harsh, but they were completely inedible. They appeared to be boiled, with cheese throw on top and some kind of garlic/Parmesan season on them which made it worse. I will attach a photo so you can see what I mean. There photo of their potato skins on their website/Facebook is not even close to what I received. I have yet to eat the piece of cheesecake in fear it will be very underwhelming. Food was delicious as always, but I wish they'd stop using Slice as the delivery service. There's no record of their driver calling me or knocking; my security cameras have sound and video. My dogs bark like crazy whenever anyone knocks that they do not know. Slice and their customer service is a joke. All I got was a text with a picture of my order. No calls whatsoever; I even double checked my spam folder just in case. They obviously have my number if I got a text about my order! I did forget to add my delivery instructions to the order; so its my bad for sure on that! Shelby was super friendly and professional; offered me a $10 credit, which is far better than the $0 from Slice! But if Slice needs the actual store's approval for refunds, credits, etc; then that says a lot about them BOTH! Very...

First time ordering, wasn’t aware that the large $9.99 pizza pie is just with cheese, and additional toppings are $1.75. But definitely no complaints. The pizza was great!! Cooked and tasted like a master chef prepared it. Definitely recommend and will definitely be ordering again. $4 delivery charge to Leetonia. Well worth it when you don’t feel up to leaving the house, plus delivery was fast, and arrived hot. Hope for many years to come. Thank you North Jersey Pizza and Staff.
