Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Salem

Waitress was decent but sold a lot of the buffet meals but we waited for over a half hour for it to be filled. When it got pasta we really couldn't get much without feeling guilty because other tables with kids were waiting also!! Took about another 15 minutes for pizza to show up. There were two other tables besides us that were waiting for food! We had one trip to the buffet and I got a salad, 3 tiny slices of pizza then it was empty other than the few same slices of pizza, no pasta and dried up breadsticks. There was a table on the other side that got 4 pizzas and buffet was not refilled, I heard the presuming manager because she told employees what to do say she was sorry to them for waiting. My sister in law had to ask when they would have some pasta for the buffet and was told they just put some on. We had 15 people, there was a table of 5 and another not sure how many and the pasta in the pic was 1" thick and only one out there for 15 minutes. Pretty bad when they worry about the checks and give you them before you even have the chance to finish a second plate of food!! My husband's niece and her daughter ate after we got our checks because she came for pasta! When we left at least 6 pizzas were there and some pasta but no apologies for being bare that I was still hungry..If they would have explained they couldn't handle the buffet we could have all ordered off the menu. We will not be going...

I was told I’d have a credit for a free pizza on my next visit due to my order being messed up with the wrong toppings and the wrong 🙅‍♀️ style of pizza. I paid 💵 extra for a pan pizza rather than hand tossed but it ended up being hand tossed 🤢🤮. I didn’t even want to eat it. I always pay extra for pan bc it’s the only crust I like. This is not the first or second time this has happened. Apparently the employees appease people by just telling them they have a credit to get them off their backs. This establishment is a house of lies. So today I tried to use my credit and the employee said she couldn’t find it. She didn’t offer any discounts or apologies. I don’t even bother calling in complaints anymore bc nothing is ever done about it. I’m not that frugal, but I don’t like spending $20-$30 on food I have to choke down bc it’s not what I care for. Especially when it’s numerous times in a row and nothing was ever done to amend the situation. I’ll be finding a new pizza place from here on out. Maybe I’ll save some money since Pizza Hut is the most overpriced pizza place in town. Boooooo Pizza Hut! 👎🏻 And I don’t mean the delivery drivers. Jason is awesome....

After this evening's visit to pizza hut for a salad bar dinner, I just have to post this. So, we all know that The Hut isn't what it was in its heyday, the 80s. Recipes are different, flavor isn't there, crust isn't made fresh anymore, you can go anytime and have your choice of tables. But it was still a good place to go if you want a nice salad bar. Tonight's visit may sadly be our last. The smaller bar, lack of choices, cut backs , just make it not enough of a salad bar anymore. My husband and I started to name the items that used to be included, that are no longer. Firstly, the beloved garlic bread. They used to serve two slices with the salad. Then we noticed there were NO bacon bits!😟 no chopped eggs, no beets, no fruit, no pudding, no cottage cheese.. these are just what came to mind in the moment.. what remains is a clean, very basic salad bar. (Service by Justice was tops though😍.).. You really really need to step it back up,...
