When going to a restaurant I always bring a coat because I have had many bad experiences where it is freezing cold in a restaurant. But that wasn’t the case on this chilly Monday in Ohio.
I walked in the Subway with my jacket in hand ready to put it on. But as soon as I walked in I was immediately engulfed in the just right temperature of a restaurant on a winter day. It was nice and cozy. When I walked up to the servers they were very kind when asking me what I was going to have for my dinner.
They took special care of my sub and making sure that it was very clean and not smashed. Even when I went up to pay they were very kind. Usually you are told “Try our very best chocolate chip cookie. It is the best!” which makes you not want to buy it. And trust me, I have had many troubling experiences of that enforcement. I have also had experiences where my sub is not toasted fully. Or my meatballs aren’t hot enough on my meatball marinara. I have especially had experiences where there is too much mayonnaise or oil and vinegar. But that wasn’t the case either.
There was just the right amount of everything, mayonnaise, lettuce, tomato, and vinegar. Now sometimes when you go to a sub place that claimed to be fresh, the subs don’t always look or taste fresh. They just look like a sub that you put together at home with the lunch leftovers from last week.
But Subway got the gold medal with having everything freshly made, and winning gold in the beauty category. Even the place itself was intriguing. It was very clean and shiny right at the glance of when you walked in.
The tables were nicely wiped so that you didn’t have to eat your sub on the table where the little kids had their food fight. The counter in which the subs were made and where you paid for the subs were also very clean.
I can not wait to go back to Subway and get a...
Read moreVery disappointed in this location. I work in the Walmart this Subway is attached to, and often come in and sit during my lunch hour to get away from my coworkers and other people in the building. I've been doing this for over 10 years, and have never had a problem until now. We are now being told that unless we make a purchase, we can't sit or enjoy our lunches here, presumably because it takes away seating from Subway customers. If that were the case, I could understand, but there are rarely any customers in here, and most that come in take their orders with them regardless of the seating. This place is often empty when I take my lunch. I don't appreciate having my own place of personal solace taken away. I don't currently drive a vehicle, so I can't eat in my car, and the breakroom is usually too populated; not to mention, I want to get away from these same people I see at least 8 other hours of every day. I used to order occasionally, but not anymore. They've lost my business and are going to lose a lot more business from other people with that attitude. I intend on emailing the district manager or franchise owner whenever I figure out...
Read moreI believe her name is Kimbra or something that starts with Kim or a K. EXTREMELY RUDE. Waited at the counter for 5 minutes while she got herself a drink from the soda machine and then proceeded to tell me she couldn’t see me in the camera because I was standing at the counter and not the sandwich station. Even though I wasn’t getting sandwiches and she seen me walk in, I walked right past her and politely smiled because she was in the lobby. Not behind the counter. So anyway, she proceeded to throw her garbage away and get herself a drink. The fact that she lied because wasn’t even behind the counter and could NOT see the camera astonishes me. If you’re that miserable working fast food, get...
