Oasis Indoor Golf — Restaurant in Salem

Came in at 1115 on wing Wednesday and not a single person was in. Thought it'd be a great stop, fast, and good based on reviews. The service was slow, our appetizer took forever to come out which was just some kielbasa on a stick. It was alright ... the sauce it came with was good. We ordered 20 wings. My wife's garlic Parm had literally zero flavor and tasted like I was just eating a wet chicken wing. The meat consistency was off , very spongy , and tough to chew. My wings were also not good. While the BBQ sauce was good the wing meat was off. The fries were cold and seemed like a yesterday cook. It took an hour for our food! When the server asked how everything was my wife spoke up. The server admitted that the fridge was broken and everything was coming from the freezer. Seems like nothing was dethawed correctly and explains the chicken consistency. Why even serve the food if you know it won't be good ? I was super disappointed. The server took my wife's wings off, the fries and part of my wings since I ate some. I also noticed a cook outside constantly smoking. . . And walking around the bar just eating food. Some patron came in and the cook apparently knew them and was sharing food out of a bowl in the front and going in back and cooking . I...

Katie, Katelyn, and Robert went above and beyond to make my time at Oasis Golf unforgettable. From the moment I arrived, they were attentive, welcoming, and genuinely caring. Their professionalism and warm personalities created such a positive atmosphere—it felt like more than just a visit; it felt like being among friends who truly wanted me to have the best experience possible.

Every detail was handled perfectly, and their attentiveness made all the difference. Whether it was making sure everything was set up just right or checking in to see if I needed anything, they made me feel valued and appreciated the entire time.

I just won't be back 👎! Way too many workers doing very little work. Two people at the door, three people in the kitchen and two waitress/bartenders with literally hardly anyone in there. Seemed like a long time for wings, burger and my salad they forgot to make. Seemed like the 🥗 was premade because the tomatoes and cucumbers were wilted and mushy. Wasn't a fan of the wings as I think they are precooked and just put in the oven. I didn't like the fact I was seeing an entire tub of chicken wings just sit out on the counter not being refrigerated from the bar. 🤞 I don't get sick. I have worked in food service over the years and this more than subpar. Harvest Inn in Homeworth does 10x better food and service with the bartender...
