Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Salem

Bought a pizza a few days ago with some crazy bread. The bread sticks had literally nothing on them. Except for a few specs of that shake on cheese or whatever. But not how its supposed to be . And the pizza crust was hard as a block. And cheese looked like it sat out for a while. I think it was old. Not even a pizza sitting out a hour after its made looked the way it did. Needless to say I called in. And got another pizza. Nothing more. Will not come here again. An this a ws my first time. ( EDIT from 8 months later) I still come once a a while and it's still bad. Today @ 9pm Feb 22nd. I got. A extra most bestest. And it did not look most bestest at all. Terrible. The bread sticks I got 2 days ago just had butter on them. No parm or whatever they sprinkle. * March 6th 2022 around 2pm i got batman calzone and that girl does a great job. March 18th around 6:20.pm been waiting in my pizza to be remade as they gave me a stuffed crust and it was to be a pepperoni stuffed crust. My pizza was out at 6 40. I get it to the car an as advertised in the site it says there is buttery parm crust. I get it, no parm, I take it back in an the lady says we don't do that anymore. Why advertise it like that? Iv been having the same issue with the crazy bread. No parm!! How many times do I have to go here an let all the complaint be known. I didn't even get anything free for almost a hour wait. I know this place gets bad reviews a lot and I get why but I'll be straight forward with you and this will be long so feel free to read it if you want. There are times the pizza comes out pretty bad by being over cooked, too much sauce, and badly cut. When you go there when the right people are there then the pizza is amazing. Cheese is thick, the dough is cooked very well, and the service is straight forward. Definitely my worst experience was when one woman was working there who only complains Every time I've been there while she worked. There were times I ordered online a whole 15 to 30 but mainly 30 minutes ahead and my order wasn't even started because she spent more time complaining about how hard working is instead of working to make it easier later. I've worked in pizza establishments before with only me and one other person including dine in services and delivery along with pick up and that wasn't that bad but she couldn't even manage making the pick up orders when she worked. I've been seeing fresh faces at little Caesars and since then my orders have been amazing and ready for me when I got there. The older lady there has always been a pleasure to see because she tries her best to keep up with everything making sure every order gets out. Even when your order is running late. I say please understand that they do try their best to keep up and take the time to appreciate the work they do for all of us and also think about the fact that they have...

"Judy" is lazy and rude and provided me with an awful experience tonight. She doesn't answer the phone. So I drive out to the restaurant, while inside the restaurant I tried calling the little caesars line again and I didn't even hear the phone ringing despite that it was dialing meaning she silenced the phone. I waited 45 minutes for ONE pretzel crust pizza and ONE order of crazy bread. She told me it was just coming out of the oven which was a lie, because 10 minutes after that she just pulled it out of the case. She just dumped salt all over it, didn't cut it all the way through, the crust wasn't correct and was shaped terribly (I have pictures.) And ultimately my time and money have been wasted. She should be fired. This happens a lot, the phone is FREQUENTLY not answered. Now I know why.
