Subway — Restaurant in Salem

My coupon was refused this morning while at this location. I was on my way to work and was helped by whom I understand was the manager. I was planning on using my coupon for a footlong and ended up paying full price because they don't understand what you can and cannot use the coupon for. I got a roast beef sandwich with pickle, olive, lettuce, tomatoes, mustard, and mayo. I understand that you cannot use the $6.99 footlong coupon for a garlic roastbeef, but I was refused and told to state that I have a coupon before ordering in a tone. I did not get the garlic roast beef. I have used these coupons for the same sandwich I got today at other locations including this one before, but she refused to take my coupon and I had to pay the full price. Service by the staff was great however after talking with the staff about my sandwich i ordered i feel they could be getting everyone sick. I ordered a steak sub not toasted and was given a cold steak sub. know I've ordered this same sub at subways all over Ohio and to the east coast and never was given a cold steak sub and needed to ask to have the meat cooked. i will never eat here again if this is how they think...
