Subway — Restaurant in Salem

I went here to grab my dinner around 8 pm on June 30th 2019 and a young lady named Madison was working. She was such a sweetheart. She addressed everyone as "my friend", yeah she made a mistake on the order after mine but she owned up too it offered solutions to remedy the issue and apologized over and over. It's not often that I see service like that. I don't what she is played but y'all need to give that Lady a raise simply on merit she was so dang awesome that I had to go find an ATM and drop a $10 tip on her. Seriously GIVE THAT WOMAN A RAISE! She deserves it. I would suggest to everyone to eat there just so that they can see What kind of service she puts out because that experience was awesome and everyone needs to experience that...

I online ordered sweet onion, chicken sub foot-long the chicken was still frozen and cold. It wasn’t toasted as I asked. I didn’t get extra sweet onion sauce or any at all in my sandwich. The mail and it was supposed to come with chips didn’t get those. I even tipped $10 I feel people need to be appreciated, but then these people can’t even do their job right it was on Broadway 1127 Broadway Northeast in Salem Oregon. I picked up my sandwich thinking everything was in gear. I had to be at work so I’m here at work now. Can’t take it back. I feel super disappointed in the store and the people that are working in the store , no morals at...

As far as Subways go, this one is really nice. The staff has always been very friendly, and is hyper-aware of any deals they have going on, even if you don't have a coupon. Some estranged promotion where you use a gift card to pay for 2 cookies (and a sandwich, I needed nutrients too) get one more cookie free. No idea. Cashier happily told me about it and gave me my third cookie!

The couple issues we've had weren't me specifically, but they've messed up my boss' sandwich a few times. Nothing that will prevent us from coming back, and they always remedy the issue happily...
