Went there on 10/31/21 at around 9pm. My partner ordered a long island iced tea and took 2 sips of it and didn't like it because one of the ingredients she put in the drink tasted off. I tasted his drink myself and I too agreed it had a strong moldy taste to it. We suspected the taste might be coming from the fountain soda she put in the drink. My partner notified the bartender of this and she said that she didn't do anything different to his drink and said, "well that drink isn't good ever" insinuating that just the drink he ordered in general isn't a good choice. My partner then asked her if he could switch his drink to an AMF and she said she couldn't because she already poured out the liquor to the first drink he ordered. We thought it was ridiculous that she wasn't willing to replace it to a different drink even if it was the same price. My partner ended up paying for a drink he didn't like or consume and the bartender ended up having to throw out the drink anyway and wasting liquor because he said he won't be drinking it. After this, a customer came in with a backpack on which the bartender said was against the rules. The customer eventually snuck past her with his backpack still on and he sat down to play the slot machines. She confronted the man in a very unprofessional manner. I understand that the man was being difficult but that was not the way anyone should be behaving in a work environment. She was giving the customer alot of unnecessary attitude and was behaving childishly. When the customer asked for his lottery ticket money the bartender practically threw his money at him and slammed it across the counter while making snarky remarks even after the customer left her a tip. I was really uncomfortable with the whole situation and the bartender didn't have any good customer service skills. She didn't try to de -escalate the...
Read moreWent in a group of 4. The bartender only came to our table to id us. Waited 15 minutes and he never came to ask us if we wanted any drinks. So we all 4 went to the bar to order drink, and my friend and I sat down in two open chairs, there was an old white guy next to me and two more open seats, the other 2 in the group stood behind my chair. The old guy next to me flashed his loaded gun at us and said "this seat is for my wife". She was playing on the slot machines on the other side of the building and turned around and yelled from across the bar "THATS MY SEAT, OMG I LOVE THIS SONG" and went back to playing slots. I didn't even get my drink order taken after sitting down. All 4 of us left IMMEDIATELY when we saw his gun. And he just sat there and smiled while we left. Never going back to someplace i feel unsafe at. That old white guy is lucky I didn't call the cops. I'm a small white guy but I wouldn't even bring my gun into a bar. I felt as though he was threatening our lives over a seat. About 30 minutes later we seen another group that was previously at dark horse show up at another bar. Shows you how everyone felt about that old guy needing to protect...
