I try very hard to not give hard-working people bad reviews but each and every order is just never right. I order a handful of times a year, just Pizza typically. The dough is always undercooked. Yes a great size of pizza but I always order pepperoni and it will have about less than a handful of pieces of pepperoni on it. Today I order a large pepperoni pizza and asked for it to be well done to avoid the consistent constant undercooked dough. Each and every delivery has always come with the cheese, sauce and all the meat slid to one side of the box where I have to remake the pizza as if the driver is driving on a race track to get here or it gets carried around like a suitcase. Your order online website is archaic and trash and extremely frustrating. Generally use DoorDash, or call it in which ends up costing more or defeats the purpose of convenience. Today I ordered a large pepperoni pizza well done and it actually was cooked perfectly and it made it in one piece for once after about four years of sloppy mess. Then a small steak and cheese sub toasted with salami and marinara sauce. You just can’t get it right the Pizza was fine for once but the steak and cheese was not toasted. The sub had no salami or it was just microscopic and no cheese whatsoever. A steak and cheese sub with no cheese. Your receipt and my receipt says steak and cheese sub toasted marinara and salami. zero cheese zero salami not toasted. Not going to call and complain each and every time it come trashed which is each and every time. Not going to call each and every time just like most people won’t. They just don’t go back. There has never been a good order from you. Nowhere near perfect, average acceptable normal nothing whatsoever. It’s pretty sad that I had to immediately open my box of pizza to make sure it wasn’t mashed and all balled up in the corner of the box before the driver left because that was gonna be it. I was gonna hand it to him and say I’m all set, keep it in the money but I was awfully surprised it wasn’t for once just to be disappointed that you can’t make the sub right waste of time writing a review, it has taken at least 30+tries to come to this point...

The gentleman I usually see there when I walk to the door always says hi Karen always always friendly always polite and a pleasure. The owner is always out in the dining area asking how the food is and if they are enjoying their dinner. Which I think most pizza places don't do often is a great kid. I've met his mom 2 she's awesome! I met him in Billerica at the other suppas found out he was moving to where I live in Salem New Hampshire we said make sure they come and see us. I said I will for free seafood platter you said okay! Well, I got my free seafood platter. Is mom made for me it was exceptional melt-in-your-mouth literally. I will not compete going to the beach the seafood anymore in the summer. I'll get a better value and a better meal 5 minutes I'm home! Yep suppas is my new place love it. Please try it I know you love it too I've had pizza just tried to Subs last week I was absolutely satisfied I shared them with friends they all couldn't believe how fresh and tasty they were almost too much meat. We shared three Lodge between for adults and when I left it was still one full sub left. Excellent God bless your business people work there...
   Read moreMy husband ordered a buffalo chicken pizza as an online order. On the website it says Buffalo chicken and mozzarella cheese. We got home and opened the pizza box and the the pizza was covered in ranch dressing (WHICH IS NOT ON THE MENU DESCRIPTION OF THE PIZZA ). When he called back to tell "the owner" that the pizza was made incorrectly she was extremely rude, saying that he should have known that a buffalo chicken pizza would come with ranch dressing on it ... However he is allergic to ranch dressing. This woman really needs to look at her business and customer service approach because it needs A LOT of work. After 4 phone calls from her insisting it was his fault the order was incorrect he gave up... They also wanted him to return to the store with the pizza that was incorrect (hopefully not to resell but who knows)... Instead of having accountability for their mistake she continued to argue that it was his fault. I wish there was a zero button to review this terrible business. To be clear, we were more than happy to return to their restaurant to get a new pizza and return the old pizza, but with the 4 phone calls we gave up and told them not to...
