La Soledad Bakery — Restaurant in Salinas

My friend took me to this bakery and I ordered the oaxacan torta .. it was so good 10/10 would buy again. The torta has chorizo, cesina, tasajo and quesillo... which I didn’t know what those were aside from chorizo but my meal was still good. I purchased a few pan de muerto and it’s completely different from what I’m used to buying at other bakeries nonetheless it was very tasty . Went today to buy a bread for my family,I had bought pastries here the last time and they where good, but this time it ended up being rancid and past it’s expiration date I didn’t know this until I someone ate the bread I had brought from the store , I didn’t know better but as the pastries handler/or baker he sold me bad pastries that put my family at risk will definitely not...

This place needs to more strict on people walking in without a mask. I went in on 12/30 There wz a lady with a mask on her but not over her mouth . No one told her anything. The bread was out there not covered exposed to germs especially people without wearing the mask the right way. I like the food and bread but won't be going here anymore. Place...
