I lost my beloved Stetson hat into the Rio Grande river in New Mexico on vacation last week. I had the hardest time finding another one in the Silverbelly color. El Nuevo Rancho Grande was the only place online that had it! I had never heard of this store before but I was desperate to replace my Stetson. I couldn’t be more happy with the experience!! I ordered it on Saturday afternoon and it just arrived to my house on Tuesday morning!!! Less than 72 hours later!!! It is in pristine condition and as absolutely beautiful as my first one! I would absolutely order from this store again and would recommend anyone...

I went in the early today not knowing if I was going to find what I needed after going to two different stores , right when I walked in I was welcomed in and asked if I needed assistance. The girl who helped me was absolutely helpful and kind she answered all my questions and I was able to find what I was looking for thanks to the young lady name Neidi! Great...

Great communication. Was looking for a Stetson hat that was pretty much sold out everywhere online. Their website showed they had it in stock so I called to verify before placing my order. The girl that answered the phone physically checked their inventory for me and confirmed they had it in stock.
