La michoacana plus (Salinas,CA.) — Restaurant in Salinas

Called establishment and a lady answered in Spanish. I asked questions regarding allergies, she kept responding "no". I got the idea that she didn't understand me, so I asked a clarifying question, and she just hung up on me! If you don't know how to speak English that's fine, but it's not fine answering the questions with no or yes, and not knowing what the hell you're saying. You must have a very low IQ to not understand the difference. If I didn't question the language barrier, the results could've been life-threatening to my family. Extremely disappointing. Also this place needs milk alternatives! Not everyone can drink milk from a cow breast. Either we don't like the blood and pus, or we are allergic, lactose...

This is the third time I go before 9:30 PM and the workers don’t let us in but yet they let a whole family of 7 go in and order; when I went back to the door and asked why they deny us service and let someone else in 5 minutes later. They didn’t know what to say but later on say they are family that’s why they come in to order. Please update your Bussines hours if you close before 9:30 PM put that in your hours don’t put 10:00 PM; but chose who to let in. First time going there HORRIBLE, will never be going back! They didn't make my food as expected orderd strawberries and cream and literally had no cream at all so not satisfied also ordered a bionico the worst it looked disgusting!! Did not bother eating at all! All you care about it the money, and don't care about costumers!
