Daily there is a steady flow of customers. There are small Windows of time that is not crowded. Short and expedient line during the mornings. No breakfast this served.

The various times I attended this location they had a continuous shortage of chow mein or fried rice. It is understandable since it is a very popular dish. The staff's pressure is understandable as it is a food service industry job. You may find the times the employees rushing or noticeably agitated.

I believe that in order for a line to flow well please have your order already in mind before you get to the counter. When ordering make sure you take your time do not feel rushed take command and control of your order you are spending your well earned dollars.

Is a staff accommodates me with just a simple smile and politeness I am more likely to leave them a tip since it's getting difficult to get efficient service.

The food is cooked with the all around standard good quality taste that all the restaurants from the all across the restaurants from the franchise. The orange chicken could use a bit less sauce overwhelming and quite thick at times nevertheless the meat is cooked through the middle and through. One of my favorites from this location is the walnut shrimp. ( Could also use less caramelized sauce) . I need you to help me find honey I won't tell me about yourself always consistent with a white and fried rice. Chow mein is one of the children's favorite.

I have enjoyed Panda Express numerous times, at multiple locations in my city. I have always been left satisfied, too. Today, unfortunately, I was none to happy with the to-go order I received. The order was correct; however, the portions were too small. I ordered chow Marin with a side of orange chicken and broccoli beef. I only counted four pieces of orange chicken and the chow mein was lacking as well. Panda Express has always been very liberal with their portions and I was very disappointed with the order I received. I understand that we are in the middle of a pandemic and it’s quite possible that the staff was rationing the food. All that I am requesting is a reasonable amount of food that I am paying for! So normally I love panda Express. Last night was by far the worst experience I've had going to any food place. Last night i went to the panda Express in salinas on constitution. I am currently vomiting everything from last night. I ordered fried rice witch was extremely clumpy, the potstickers were made right in front of me and they were still cold. I also ordered Beijing beef, it was the last in their little pot thing and that was cold to. The beef and broccoli was the only hot part of my meal. This is not the first time. This is like the fourth time. I seem to never learn my lesson as my lady works at the Safeway right there.
