Taco Bell — Restaurant in Salinas

If I could rate it NEGATIVE stars, I would!! I ordered a cheesy gordita box, that was supposed to come with a 5 layer burrito and a Doritos Loco taco!!!! I was hungry as I had a long day at work and I was really lon looking forward to it and craving it.. once I get home ready to eat and watch tv before bed, SURPRISE…:. I open the first thing and it’s a fricking chalupa!!!!!!! I don’t like them!!!! So I get disappointed!! Neeeeext, I open one of the other two cause I’m like “whatta, why are they both soft? Did they give me two burritos??” And it said on the wrapper Doritos tacos! I opened it and it was a soft regular taco!!!!! And to begin with I had asked for no ice on my soda! She put ice!! I should have took that as a signal to check all my food right away!!!!! So literally my whole order was wrong!!! I didn’t even eat it!! Because I didn’t get what I ordered!!!! Ridiculous!!! Idk how you can get everything wrong in the same order. I’m definitely never going back to Taco Bell anymore!!! Horrible order taker and horrible team. The girl had me repeating everything like 7 times!!! So idk how she still got that job or still has it...

This is the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to – portion sizes are a rip off. You have one job to do.

Manager of this location: stop trying to rip people off and pocket the savings for portion control bonuses. I’m never coming back. How do you sleep at night?

Employees of this location: what are you doing? I get that working at Taco Bell isn’t the most glorious job in the world, but have a little pride in what you do. Whatever it is you do, do it well.

What you’re doing is insulting, and basically theft.

I ordered online using the mobile app and drove right up to the speaker when I arrived 10 minutes later and told them my name and they said pull forward. I didnt have to show them the card I entered online to pay for order which was convenient because I didnt have the physical card with me. In fact, it was extra handy because I was able to get dinner for my bf and I late might night (around 10 pm) without him even having to be there to pay! It expedited our already late evening as it was since my bf got off of work in gilroy late.. Saved him from having to stop after a long day!
