I’m a frequent customer at Grocery Outlet in Salinas. I purchased a gallon of 2% milk the day before Christmas with an expiration date of January 5th. Today Dec 26th 2 days later I go and open it and it already started to curdle. I called grocery outlet in salinas to see if I can exchange and told them that my milk was not good and that it was spoiled. They asked if I had my receipt which I do have it . Then they told me that the manager said they couldn’t exchange it. If I wanted an exchange then I should have went in that same day to do so. Which I couldn’t because first of all the store closed early that day on Christmas Eve and being Christmas the store was closed so today was the only day I could have had the opportunity to exchange it and still NO!!!! I will have to take my business elsewhere. I miss the previous owners of this Store. They were awesome I’ve never had any issues when it came to returns or exchanges. But these new owners here at The Salinas grocery outlet are not very accommodating at all which gives Salinas Grocery outlet...

When I got to the register, I saw a No Cash Back sign, I asked the young lady why, and she stated that only her register was not giving Cash back. I said to her, "Your register is the only one open. I asked for the manager and waited, but the manager never came, so I then left the store with no cash and...
Read moreTwo days ago, my husband was feeling much better after a bad stroke in Feb. Somehow, he managed to mount his Veterans Administration scooter! He headed out the door, I couldn't keep up. I figured he was going along our old walking path to the local grocery outlet! Got in my car to track him down... got eorried but relieved when i saw him leaving the store on g8s scooter! No phone or money on him, either. So, when he saw me, we went right back inside. Folks were so kind & considerate to my wayward guy. He tooled up & doen the aisles, shopping. He was so delighted about his new independence. He made giant leaps by taking his adventure to our favorite grocery outlet on north Main in Salinas. If U see him at grocery outlet on that scooter, just salute or say howdy. U w get a big freedom grin from our elder soldier! I Love Grocery Outlet because it's convenient &...
