Salinas only had one Vietnamese restaurant and it wasn’t all that good, and then God listened to my prayers! And Saigon Noodles opened! At first I thought it was never going to open! They had the coming soon sign for ever!
Then one day I passed by and it was open! Great beautiful people working there, met the owners who happened to be wonderful. This restaurant is just like the ones in San Jose! Really great tasting food!
I am a pho enthusiast! I love it from the first time I ever tried it more than 30 years ago, you get a huge plate full of noodles with mystery meats (I had no idea what they were at the time, now I know) and it all tastes great! They have a seafood pho! It’s fantastic one of my favorites!
This is a must! You have to try the avocado smoothie! By itself is really good but they also add this thing called buba (!?!?) is like little bubbles of culinary heaven, they have the dark ones and the white ones, they are all great!

Read moreSaigon Noodles in Salinas has been opened for 5 years. Their restaurant is VERY VERY CLEAN and the decor is simple but nice. The staff was friendly, and was willing to make some adjustments to what we wanted for our order. The drinks are AMAZING....and they have lots of varieties you can choose from. With Boba or without. One of their popular items is their Garlic Noodle dish. We'll have to try it next time we go. Food was delicious and fresh tasting and portions are large! Presentation was very nice...

Solution to this if the restaurant wants their regular customers to be back is to bring back the authentic Vietnamese flavors, ampunt of food and charm! This post is to request for that change for the...
