The right to refuse service in general is common sense and has always been acceptable to an extent. However, destroying a persons personal property; i.e snapping a real ID thinking it was fake and then to refuse to compensate them in that moment for not only the ID itself but the hassle/inconvienence, time wasted trying to prove it was real by having cops involved, and emotional damages it caused; leaves a terrible reputation for the business going forward. Issues could have been avoided had the bartender not snapped a real ID, simply looked at the ID and refused service and/or a solution was offered after verifying it was a legitimate identification card. Although the manager verbally stated that once a new ID was ordered, a compensation of the reimbursement for the new ID would be an option⌠it was not reassuring whatsoever, as that verbal commitment to reimburse someone is not guaranteed (they could simply just say oh we donât remember that happening) nor does anyone in the right mind in this situation would ever want to come back to a place where they were horribly treated by the staff and management team of the business. Truly is so disappointing to see a place we used to love going to turn into a traumatic experience. It is completely understandable for a business to adhere to common practices in accordance with the law to protect themselves by refusing service to those whom they might believe is underage, using a fake ID. But, to snap someoneâs real ID, and then have it verified by police that it was in fact real and proceed to act as if they did no wrong and offer zero reassuring solution is appalling. While we wish this company the best going forward, we will definitely not be giving them our business nor would we recommend this place to anyone. False advertisement in pictures and portion sizes from menu and the fact that this establishment let the food that was delivered leave out should be embarrassing. This was my first and last time ever. I spent over $70 and received $25 back in credits. The Caesar Salad was made up of lightly tan toned wilted lettuce obviously not fresh, crab dip was served in a small bowl half filled with tortilla chips that tasted stale and sour cream instead, of bagel chips which menu shows. That really wouldnât have been an issue if the chips had been fresh and the crab dip hadnât tasted spoiled. The Texas toast was not âTexas toastingâ just more trash and the $10 cheesecake was merely a thin slice of another cheesecake not the cheesecake as pictured on menu although it was good but definitely not worth $10 bucks. Only thing I can compliment was the Chicken Alfredo which was actually delicious and presented nicely in the container. I couldnât eat it all so I needed up wasting a small portion of it but, if someone else bought it for me lol I would definitely eat that agin. So to sum this up out of my $70 order I was only able to consume the Cheesecake and Chicken Alfredo which was disappointing when you spend that much money thinking your gonna get good food.    Read moreMy wife and I visited Crocos for the first time for a to go cheese pizza. Upon entry, we were greeted with a very friendly and personable staff!! The transaction was smooth, great communication, and we were given a menu and coupon to take with us for next time!! The restaurant is very clean and up to date. Seems like a very nice place to sit and eat. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is the pizza. There was absolutely nothing special about it, very bland, and for close to $12, it was more of a personal pizza. I believe it was supposed to be 12 inches. The taste and value of the cheese pizza would not bring us back. I can't speak for any of the other dishes on the menu.
