Very clean restaurant! Great staff!!! The food takes a bit longer to get but that's because they make it to order which makes all the difference in the world when it comes to fast food, the fries were fresh and hot my son and I both got the 5 dollar chicken strips basket, and the strips were definitely cooked just for us you can immediately tell they aren't premade and then microwaved the staff was very friendly and they bring your food out to your table. Our lunch comes with a sundae which you can wait to get after your meal, so great food and friendly staff !! They only thing in my opinion that needs any improvement is the Soft drinks.Th drinks out of the fountain machine taste flat , majority are carbonated, but they just taste off, it's almost like watered down at the same time, so that's bummer we tried pretty much all the drinks available but each one was like that but there is nice tea and sweet treat so we ended up drinking the teas BUT THE AWESOME ICE MADE UP FOR THE SODA, THEY REALLY HAVE THE BEST ICE! I received very poor customer service, so disappointed. Ordered diet pepsi and pretzels with no queso. Received regular pepsi and they put queso in my bag and the lid was off so the sauce spilled on my pretzels. I pulled around and there were about 12 cars in the drive thru so I pulled into a parking spot and called the store, explained that my order was wrong and since I was in my pajamas could someone bring me a correct order out to me. Was told they were very busy and I needed to get back in the drive thru. I said I wasn't doing that because of all the cars there and it wasn't my mistake so they needed to bring me a correct order that I paid for. He repeated that they were too busy to do that and I just needed to get back in the drive thru. I said never mind, thank you and I'm leaving. I won't be going back. It's poor management and poor training when you don't offer good customer service. Love it!! Prices are good and the food is really good and the people are very friendly. I had my twins 13th bday cake made there and although a lil on the expensive side it was worth every cent. I asked them to do red on one half and green on other cuz thats twins favorite colors. When i picked it up the day of the party I was thinking something would go wrong cuz nothing was going exactly as planned but seeing the cake lifted up my spirits... It looked so good.. Better than I was expecting. I dont remember the girl who did it but the regular decorator was off. It wasnt too fancy so the reg worker was able to do it for us. I wish i could find a pic of it... Im sure the girl with did it would remember a half red and half green cake cuz thats not usual colors that would be picked.
