When we first walked into the building, we thought that the atmosphere was amazing. It was nicely decorated and was overall an inviting place to be. However, the problems started right after we walked in. Our order was placed at 7:36 pm, and we waited 29 minutes for a 14 inch pizza and a small container of fries (yes, I did check the time). The pizza ended up being so greasy that when you picked up a slice, the grease would drip onto the plates, but at least the fries were good. There was one other person who ordered while we were there, and they messed up his order, making him wait even longer than we did. I would have to say my favorite part, though, was when we finally got our food and walked out the door, two of the workers were playing kickball in the parking lot. Read more0 for 2. Ordered very basic cheese steak. Just cheese and steak. I got lettuce, tomato and a ton of mayo. Couldn't begin to eat it. The next night they remade it for free and it was delicious. Full of meat and juicy and wonderful. The next time I ordered it was inedible. Thin line of meat on the bottom of the roll and so burned and dry I couldn't choke it down. Threw the whole thing out again. If I could give a negative star I would. Won't waste my time or money again. It's a shame because it's close to work and the employees were excited about it. Now they won't waste their money either.
