The pizza was a good value and tasted good but the boneless wings were very disappointing in size and were dry. When I mentioned this to the customer service person, she said "yea, lots of people have been complaining". When I showed her that 3 kickers were no bigger than a quarter and asked her if there was anything she could do, she said "no." And "Sorry". She was friendly, but obviously didn't care or feel empowered to make the situation right. If I knew that a product was getting complaints, I would do whatever it took to fix it. Maybe return the whole box to the commissary and get a refund for the store, only serving customers appropriately sized ones, offer a refund, add more to the order to compensate... anything other than a friendly 'sorry for your luck, buddy'. Guess the management in this store doesn't care though, since they are aware of the complaints and are taking no action. Bummer. Papa John's is closer to me anyway. I'll go there next time and I recommend others do the same. 2/5 Stars

But the best part is when I order I am ordering for the shop my husband works at, very hungry people lol. But anyway when I get the pop up that says your driver Tammy is on the way were deff happy. She's the best delivery driver, I've never waited for long periods of time. She is always so nice, but mainly there have been times...not many but a couple that we really just had enough money for our food and we weren't able to leave her a good tip(which being in the resturant industry, i hate not being able to leave a tip and I feel horrible) but she is the only one who never has a attitude or gets snarky about it. I appreciate that and I will most deff make up for those days another time but it's the point that she's just a nice person. Read moreMinor error by store escalated into an unbelievable example of arrogant and disrespectful customer service. Error confirmed by employee that incorrect medium pizza placed in box was not what was ordered or what was listed on the box label. Store employees were rude and lacked any basic customer service skills to make the situation right. I asked if it would be possible to make the correct pizza and deliver it to me but that request was laughed at and then denied. The employee refused to provide her name and placed me on hold and then hung up after 15 minutes. The Manager was supposed to call me back with confirmation of credit for error but never did. I called back 3 hours later and the night manager was also unwilling to make the situation right. That night manager hung up on me 3x and told me to call back tomorrow and talk with another manager. I have never in my life been treated with such disrespect and rudeness by anyone in the food service or hospitality industry. Simple...
