I put in a mobile pickup order online for in the store. I show up and the inside is closed for a staff meeting. I walk around the building and see another man, not inside his car, standing at the window and he gets handed a drink. Itās not like their drive through was very busy, so I do the same thing. Explain I didnāt know and put in a mobile order and asked if I could please just get my stuff. Some rude girl walks up to the window, mind you another guy was working at the window, and she decides to rudely try and tell me she canāt serve me because itās a safety hazard. Please! Fortunately I got my stuff, but she was so rude! If the inside of the store isnāt open donāt let people place orders to it. And it is absolutely hypocritical to tell me itās a hazard when some other guy got handed a drink a second before me. They shutdown the College Square Starbucks Salisbury, MD for this new location. Starbucks totally destroyed what was once a very nice and welcoming coffee house. No more nice leather couches and chairs. Finished cement floor and a more industrial view. Itās definitely not the same. Nothing but hard chairs. There are a few seats with a vinyl cushions, but they are jammed up next and across from each other. Yes, Iāll admit it. I was spoiled and damn those first world problems. I very much miss my old coffee house at College Square, Salisbury, MD. The coffee is still some of best and the baristas are wonderful and friendly. Ā Ā Ā Read moreStarbucks used to be the place to go. Customer service was terrible and unfriendly. I was there on Saturday the 17th. The staff were too involved with talking to themselves. I was the only customer waiting. I had a groupon and when it was scanned she just kept saying I owed the amount and would not help me with it. I payed and then waited a long time for them to make the drink. Drive through and mobile orders I guess more important then an actual customer in the store. I had a pumpkin latte and would not have known it. I tasted all soy with barely any pumpkin taste. Obviously not enough pumps were put in. To pay $7 for a coffee it should be made correctly. I could not return to the store to return it. Quality and customer service has gone down and prices rose. I think Riseup will be my new coffee stop at least they care a customer is...
