Salisbury Pizza — Restaurant in Salisbury

I am a pizza snob! I don't eat pork, so I usually have to doctor my pizzas up at home...turkey pepperoni, turkey sausage, turkey ham...you get the idea...So I ride past Salisbury Pizza a few times a week when I'm getting on the bypass and keep saying, I gotta try them one day...today was that day...I don't know what took me so dayum long!!! OH MY GAHHH!!!!! HANDS DOWN SOME OF THE BEST PIZZA I HAVE HAD SINCE MOVING TO THE SHORE! I walked in and there was a good lunch flow of people (good sign) the lovely lady with the red hair was working the dining room, the drive through AND the register like a boss...she was patient, warm and pleasant. Some kitchen staff came through the dining room, they were so friendly and greeted me with warm genuine smiles. I ordered the philly cheesesteak pizza and a cold turkey sub to go. Lady in Red came out and handed me my food with the same warm smile and wished me a great day...I got home and my small pizza was huge! No skimping on toppings, the crust was neither thick and doughy nor thin and crunchy as a cracker, it was the perfect frame for the generous toppings. The sauce was super flavorful and wasn't watered down or piled on too thick like some places, to hide the meager toppings! TBH I bought the turkey sub for dinner and haven't tried it yet, but it is also huge, so I might have to save it for tomorrow's lunch! If it is even half as good as this pizza, yall have a new devoted customer!! Great job Lady in Red and gentlemen! After a lot of pizza places closes in Salisbury & being mostly chain pizza restaurants we were pretty disappointed until we tried Salisbury Pizza. This place is phenomenal! Haven’t had anything yet that we don’t like… pizza, pasta, Stromboli, and even the cheeseburgers & fries! On top of that the customer service is TOP TIER! The employees are delightful & make the experience that much better! Oh and did I mention they have a drive thru! Talk about convenience!!! HELLO! Game changer! I think we have Salisbury Pizza at least once a week (sometimes more…don’t judge)! If you haven’t tried them, you’re missing out! I took a sip of the ice tea and immediately my stomach started hurting.I poured the drink into my fathers cup and he seemed fine. I got back to my house and my stomach was still hurting, it was getting worse. It was then I tried to fall asleep to see if the pain would go away. I woke up at 10:00, only an hour after I had gone to sleep and started vomiting and having diarrhea. I was up all night crapping and vomiting. I got food poisoning. I have reason it wasn’t the tea that was tampered with but it was the cup. The pizza and service were excellent but this experience with food poisoning made me never want to come back there.
