Taco Bell / KFC — Restaurant in Salisbury

TLDR: Save yourself the trouble and go to the other Taco Bell near SU.

If this dumpster fire of a restaurant were a year, it’d be 2021. What’s saving this from being a 1 star review is that my soft tacos actually taste good. The drive through was pretty busy, so I decided to go inside to order. When I walked in the restaurant was pretty busy inside too. It wasn’t until after I ordered that I realized that most of the people sitting down at tables had given up on standing to wait for their food. The pic I attached here is the mat in front of the soda machine. It’s a good representation of the rest of the place. The floors have that grimy, slightly slippery feel. The counters had not been wiped off in a while either. You can tell the employees really don’t want to be there. But I can’t even blame them for just wanting a steady job. They’re doing exactly what’s been asked of them. Corporate and the franchise owner need to get their [beep] together here. I ended up sitting in there for almost 15 minutes before my food was ready too. I wish I could say this was the only time it’s been sketchy, but a month ago I went through the drive through. I ordered two soft tacos. My total was about 50c higher than what it should have been, but no biggie. But after sitting in line for 6 minutes I pulled out of line and just went to McDonald’s. About 2 years ago I had another similar experience with condition and service. Had to hit the bathroom before I left. I’ll spare you the details, but let’s say Taco Bell lived up to...

This place is getting utterly ridiculous. Maybe they should just close their doors u til they have enough help avail. I visited the other night and at 8:30 they were out of chicken so I was told. Then I was lied too and the girl was like we have original just coming up. So I was like give me a breast extra crispy and the other two pieces orgi. She then said no extra crispy then magically she had some. Why when I got home the chicken none of it was fresh and it was old and dried out. I had family go there last week and they did a remote order it was 7 pm and they had no chicken a line around the building and said they were not cooking anymore chicken. Then they made my family wait for chicken and shorted them a few pieces so they have enough to try and accommodate someone else order. Then a couple wks prior to their incident I went there again at 8 something and was told they were not making anymore chicken that night so I just left. The mgr needs to do something order better and staff the store up more. This is extremely poor...

It took twenty minutes to even get up to the speaker to order our food. This is supposed to be "fast" food.

Before this, I attempted to call in an order three times, to avoid waiting in the drive thru. The first time I was hung up on before having a chance to say anything. The second and third times no one answered the phone at all.

When we finally were able to place our order, I was informed that a product (tostadas) which has been available for several decades is no longer even on the menu.

I ended up only ordering four CHEESE roll ups. (This is a Taco Bell/KFC location). My son started eating them only to have a piece of chicken fall out of one. The second one he bit into, he said it was spicy. I looked in it and sure enough, there are peppers and lettuce in a CHEESE roll up(picture available upon request). We checked the remaining two and only one was just cheese. The third also had peppers in it.

This was a horrible experience and we will definitely not be going back to either KFC...
