I am writing to express my concern that the tip I left for the employees may not have been distributed as intended.

I have visited the establishment on multiple occasions and have consistently left a tip. As a hardworking individual, I believe that tipping is a form of gratitude for the employees’ hard work. I trust that the money I left as a tip will be distributed fairly. I have already drafted an email to the Department of Labor to inquire about the status of the tips. I anticipate a prompt response.

It is important to note that this is a small town with a close-knit community. Customers have a right to know how their contributions are being utilized, and for all the hardworking employees who work on this establishment to receive what customers leave as a tip for them.

When customers see a tip jar or leave a tip on a card, they assume that they are tipping the employee. Therefore, it is crucial that the establishment ensures that tips are distributed appropriately. The Twist Indian grill is a wonderful addition to our locality. The menu features the authentic Indian flavors and a huge variety of tasty vegetarian options as well. The quality of food, generous portions, reasonable prices, and pleasant ambiance make it worth a visit. On their first day of opening, I received excellent online food delivery with no hassels. The online ordering was smooth and the food was delivered well packaged and warm. I’d absolutely recommend The twist to others and would certainly return to have another amazing dining experience.

I visited the restaurant twice, but both experiences were disappointing.

The first time, I ordered biryani, but it didn’t meet expectations—it was dry and lacked proper masala. Initially, I assumed it might be because the restaurant had just opened, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt.

During my second visit, I ordered a curry, which tasted good, and I have no complaints about the flavor. However, despite explicitly stating that I wanted to dine in, my food was packed to go. The dine-in setup was inconvenient—there were no proper plates or a comfortable dining environment.
