Worst experience ive ever had in my 27 years on this planet. I made and easy order of classic roast beef sandwhich in a large combo also a buffalo chicken slider no ranch. This location is 15 mins from my house and i shoulda checked everything like i usually do but its friday trying to get home from work 11 pm at night so i get home and realize that my classic roast beef is actually a beef n cheddar with extra extra sauce and my buffalo slider (even had a sticker on the box. Is what looked to be like a leftover chicken sandwhich with extra lettuce that they dumped buffalo sauce on. So im upset go back and immediately the people working night shift / drive thru are giving attitudes manager lady with no chin come up to window and tells me i need to stop swearing its a f...ing free country ill talk how i want to lol they then close the window and both employees walk away i waited 15 min in drive thru they had my food and also my money refused to do anything. I guess the 3 employees thought they were gonna each get a 5 dollar tip from me. But no i stayed in drive thru at window for 30 min calling police they say its civil matter they cant do anything about it. So i try to get ahold of corporate no luck 45 min in drive thru parked now and cops pull up told them what happened they had my food and my money. Cops got me my money back sent me on my way. So if you go to this location at 10 or 11 pm expect to be disrespected like customer doesnt matter almost like your causing a burden to them for them...
Read moreIf I could give 0 stars I would. There is a specific employee and manager who owe my family an apology and then they need training on how to treat their customers. An employee took it upon themselves to yell at my nephew to “GO SIT DOWN” when he was walking back to their table. My sister went to the counter to speak to the employee and she turned around to ignore her until a manager stepped forward. When my sister calmly explained what happened, this manager screamed at her to “GET THE ** OUT” several times. My family is a responsible one who knows when we’ve done something wrong, but this was not the case. Your staff is unprofessional and rude. This was around 2:30 PM if anyone is looking at this wondering who it was. The manager and a female employee who was working the front. I have worked in many customer service positions and know what it’s like when customers are terrible and in this case it was the employees who were wrong. Goodbye Arby’s. I hope this is resolved as MANY have reached out in different ways...

I went to this store at night to pickup an order and for some reason the server wasn't neither hearing the costumer nor the app name. Along came this gentleman over the speaker mocking me while another person tried to make me moving forward to the window. I said "I didn't like that, I'm here for Grubhub pickup, not to be mocked at". I told I would be reporting. When I drove up to the window, the guy came to confront me, yelling saying that I could do anything he didn't care. I reported the case to the Arby's Corp on their website arguing for apologies. I haven't heard from them so far. Food delivery services is the major force that has prevented businesses like Arby's to close and they deserve the minimum respect, which didn't happen in this...
