Update** The owner of the business called me personally and refunded the money. After buying a shed that was missing at least one whole box of parts (three wall panels missing, almost all the screws, the door panels, and the roof corners), they completely refunded my purchase. It was discouraging to realize I couldn't build the shed because of the missing crucial components but they made it right. For that, I am incredibly grateful.

I bought a shed for $600 from these guys. They advertised it as brand new with slight damage to the box, but in reality it was missing a whole wall, the screws needed to put it together and the pieces that hold the roof on. They sold me a $600 piece of trash and won't even refund the money I paid for it or give me a credit or do anything really. I feel completely lied to and taken advantage of. You can't trust that the gear this company is giving you is actually in the condition they say it's in, or that if you order something that they will even get you the whole order. I think with mine they missed a whole box.

When I picked it up though, their staff would not let me go into the facility to make sure that had everything we need. They said they loaded everything and made me sign for it. I spent hundreds more dollars building a custom-made platform for this shed to go on, only to find once I unboxed the thing that it was completely useless. It took me months just to build the platform, unpack everything and find out how much was missing. They didn't even include an instruction manual and it took me weeks to find...

I frequently buy from auctions at multiple companies, but ATX has been the only one who falsely advertises their products, and won't do anything about it after. I recently purchased 3 pallets, totalling nearly $1200. These were "as-is" pallets, but the description clearly stated "anything that is visibly broken will be thrown away and not included on these pallets". This was an outright lie, as 90% of the items were very visibly broken. They also knocked one pallet over with their forklift when loading it, but I was basically told the items were most likely already broken so there wasn't anything they would do about it. I don't have a problem with the incomplete items that were included (though a better description would have been appreciated), or things that were missing parts, etc. What I have a problem with is the fact that, unlike the product description stated, they intentionally put almost all broken items on the pallet and falsely advertised the condition so they could sell it for a higher price. They have refused to do anything about it, and I keep getting told they will see what they can do and get ahold of me. No one has gotten ahold of me, and it appears I'm just...

If I could give this place, zero stars, I would! Almost every time we have bought some thing from this auction site we have taken it home and it has been broken or parts have been missing! None of the information about it being damaged was disclosed. We even had the owners accuse us of damaging items and bringing them back for a refund!
