Fast and authentic. We love to get heir beans and their grilled chicken burritos. This is the best location. Haven’t had a bad experience or selection there, everything we’ve tried has been great. Cant go wrong choosing this restaurant and they’re always open! Give them a try you won’t regret it. It’ll become your new favorite Mexican restaurant.
Previously 5 stars. Not anymore. The weekend employees that work at night have terrible customer service. Used to frequent this restaurant every weekend until the service and food quality went way down. Overcharged for sodas not ordered and never received. When asked about the over charges said it was because it was a combo. Never ordered a “combo” for the tres amigos. Never asked or told about a soda. This happened many times. Asked for separate plates for the three tostadas. Three large tostadas in one styrofoam container results in a mess. Have been told it’s not possible several times. Told that the styrofoam plates cost too much and was too much work. Said I would pay for the extra plates and the employees would not respond. Went to the window and was ignored for 10 minutes before leaving. Even asking for a burrito to be cut into two pieces is apparently too much. Either told no or when told yes it never is. It all has added up to a place I avoid. It’s too bad because it was a favorite every weekend late night.
Rude and impatient compared to the nice and friendly employees I grew accustomed to. I don’t know why or what changed but it has become a bad experience in every time. I’ve stopped going. The food isn’t the same quality. Dripping with grease and oil so much that the bag rips as soon as I grab it. I’ve always been nice and patient and never have became angry towards them. Whatever is going on there at night on the...
Read moreWe ordered 2 burritos for $19, had a half an hour lunch so we called 15 minutes ahead so that we could actually eat, when we arrived to get the burritos they weren't ready, and we continued to wait another 20 minutes while people who showed up after us were getting served before us. We finally got them, and got back to work to only have time for a few bites. Come to find out they messed up on one of the burrito, which was also poorly made (had most of the items in the bottom of the burrito making it a mess to attempt to eat). We were so frustrated that I called to let them know, they asked if we could bring the food back. Given our lunch was already over, we couldn't, so I was told that we could come back the following day and get our meal redone and they wrote down my name. When I called the next day, a man answered and after trying to explain the situation he just said no. I asked him if my name was written down, or if he could help us, he quickly said no which means I know he wasn't even looking or asking around. Some of the worst customer service I've ever gotten, a waste of money and time. I will never go here again, and wouldn't recommend this...
Read moreI went through the drive through and ordered 3 rolled tacos. On the menu at the drive through there are 2 different orders with 2 different prices for 3 rolled tacos. One with just cheese and one with guacamole. I asked for 3 rolled tacos with cheese. When I got home there was guacamole and then I realized I was also charged for it too. I am allergic to avocados and would have specified no guacamole if I thought it came with them. When I called to let them know a lady named Francesca answered the phone and was very rude and demanded that I go back right now with the food and the receipt. It’s almost 1am and I work long hours. Thought this would be an easy way to get a bite in before bed and it just turned into a horrible experience. She didn’t apologize or even let me get a word in because she just kept telling me that I never said no guacamole. Hopefully I can find time to call the managers, she said they don’t work h til 6pm? Isn’t that when they usually go home? People like that should just not work in hospitality because they are taking opportunities to provide people with a simple service and turning it into...
