Big Burger — Restaurant in San Angelo

Because of the crowd in line there was a long wait time. The shack is used only for the employees to get the cooking done. There are no tables. It's a drive up parking lot and order at the window. The wait was worth it because they cooked the meals perfectly. I ordered the 4 full meal deals for 27 dollars with taxes. A reasonable price for 4 persons. Because it is located on a street with high traffic the customers accumulate very fast and the 3 people working in the little shack get behind and do what they can to provide service as soon as possible. A lady friend of mine owns this small business and they stay busy continuously. She is a good role model for many people because when I first met her she had just migrated to the US from Mexico and did not have her citizenship.Its been 25 years now and she is a citizen with her own business and doing well for herself and family members. I was raised enjoying these burgers, but this place has definitely went down hill and has been for years now. The service you get here is horrible, the man and girl both that take your order are rude and very impatient with there"whatelse" response. On top of that what burger place sales bacon burgers but tells you they are out of bacon when you want to add to your family meal. They are just money hungry people that just want you to order the bacon burger meal then to add to your current order. If you dont have bacon which I have been told this every time I come now and ask thinking maybe this time they will have it. Suggestion Remove the extra sides and cost on menu for bacon if you won't sell it. And friends and family stop giving this company your money they are not worthy of...

I have been going to Big Burger for years. Tonight the staff didn’t feel like messing with their customers. Everything I ask for the young lady at the register said she wouldn’t do because they were 10 minutes from closing. We were there at 8:10 and they usually close at 9:00. She told us she would sell us hamburgers and French Fries but that was all. We went ahead and ordered the burgers and when we got them home they were both overcooked and believe it or not the fries were hard as they could be. This will be my last review of this place as I am fed up with being treated like we are doing the place a favor instead of them providing customer service. Buyer beware this place will treat you they way they feel like. Kinda stupid with so many burger places...
